Open a bill, send it to the kitchen and print the receipt. Guests can also order by scanning a table QR code. For restaurants and cafes.
Ninja POS is a point of sale app for restaurants and cafes. Staff open the bill, send it to the kitchen, take payment and close the day on the same tablet. Guests can also order by scanning the table QR code.
REGISTER
Open a dine-in table, a takeaway order or a delivery order. Pick items from the menu, or scan a barcode to add them. Discount a single item or the whole bill, then send it to the kitchen. You can keep adding items after the first send.
COMBOS & MODIFIERS
Set options such as size, sugar level, ice and toppings, and add a price difference when you need one. You can also build combos from items already on sale. Guests ordering on their phone see the same menu and options as the register.
MENU
Arrange the menu in sections, change the order, and hide items that are not for sale. Photograph a printed menu and check the item names and prices before you save. Hidden items do not show on the register or on the guest menu.
TABLES
After you turn on dine-in, seat a walk-in at a table. The floor plan shows whether each table is free, seated, ordered or paid. Several tablets in the same store can see the same open bill. Guests stay at the table until staff take payment and clear it.
QR ORDERING
Every table has a QR code. The guest scans it, sees the published menu, chooses items and options, and the order goes to the register. Staff see the ticket on the register, send it to the kitchen, and take payment in the store.
PAYMENTS
Take cash, and the screen works out the change. You can also take card, or another payment method the store has turned on.
PRINTING
Pair a receipt printer and a kitchen printer on the shop network. Ninja POS supports Epson, Star and other printers. Food tickets go to the kitchen printer and the guest copy to the receipt printer. Reprint the receipt from the order.
ORDERS, VOIDS & REFUNDS
Look up tickets from today and from earlier days. An unpaid ticket can be voided in full, or one line at a time. A paid ticket can be refunded. Reprint the receipt when the guest needs another copy.
DAY-END
Close the business day on the tablet. Check the sales summary, the amount for each payment method, and how many of each product sold, then print the day-end slip to reconcile the drawer. Tickets taken after the close belong to the next business day.
LANGUAGES
The register can be set to English, Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), Simplified Chinese, Portuguese (Macau), Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Melayu.
