Spotguide fixes that: send us the post, and the actual restaurant appears as a pin on your personal map. When you're hungry, you don't scroll your camera roll — you open your map, or just ask.

Explore looks beyond your saves: places matched to what you actually love — the birria, the hand-pulled noodles, the cozy wine bars — not just what's trending. Visited somewhere? Answer one private question (smile or frown?) and Spotguide learns. Nobody else ever sees your ratings.

Turn on nearby alerts and Spotguide taps you on the shoulder when you're near a place on your list. Polite by default, battery-friendly always.

A big one. Here's what's new in Spotguide:
• Your Spots, redesigned: lists open on a full cover photo, with sort, share and alerts floating over it. Scroll and the cover tucks away.
• Follow lists from the Spotguide team: curated lists now have a Follow button, show up in your list switcher, and keep you posted when spots are added.
• Search inside any list, including shared and Spotguide lists.
• Dishes that read like the menu: "Order this" now uses the restaurant's own spelling when we have its menu, and shows the menu's most-loved dishes even before anyone posts about a place.
• Explore on the map: pins you can actually see, a peek that fits on one screen, and "More spots" that keeps searching a wider area.
• Guide remembers your conversations, answers from your saves faster, and never leaves you with a blank reply.
• Light mode, easier on the eyes: softer background, clearer cards and buttons, readable labels everywhere.
• Reserve in one tap from a spot page or card. Hours tap through to the full schedule.
• Opening the app with no signal lands you in your Spots, not the welcome steps.
