Dibble 2.0.2 makes the free trial clearer. • The free trial now appears only if you can still get it. If you have used a trial before, you see the plain price instead. • When you start the yearly trial, Dibble reminds you 2 days before it ends (with notifications on), so the first charge never comes as a surprise.

Dibble 2.0.1 rates hardy perennials fairly in cold climates. • Mint, thyme, oregano, sage, lavender, asparagus and rosemary now use the winter limits their sources give, so they no longer show as not suited in places where they grow. • In colder zones, apples, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, plums, cherries and apricots now suggest a cold-hardy variety instead of ruling the crop out. • The store description now matches what the app does: identification works from a photo you choose and gives a best guess, and Premium has no identification limit.

Dibble 2.0 plans from where your garden really is. • Say where you garden: use your location, search for your town or enter a postal code. Dibble reads the local climate and plans by frost, heat and rain. • Where frost only comes some years, Dibble says so and gives you a safe date for tender plants. Where it never freezes, your cool and dry seasons are found for you. • One free frost warning a season, the evening before. • Dibble now speaks English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Arabic and Traditional Chinese, and Ask Dibble answers in every one of them. • Available in many more countries. • Existing gardens ask you once to confirm their location. Upcoming tasks may shift to match your climate. Your journal, harvests and past dates stay as they are. • Also new: Report a bug and Request a feature in Settings, journal entries that open in full, a harvest history, and layout fixes for very large text.

A maintenance release. Nothing changes inside the app; the App Store listing now spells out what the free tier includes: no account, no forced trial, and no plant limit on the free calendar.

A new icon, and a taste of Premium for everyone. • Try the camera for free: three plant, pest or disease identifications a season, on your device, before deciding on Premium. A photo Dibble cannot place does not count. • One free frost warning a season. When a frost is in your local forecast, Dibble tells you the evening before, no location permission needed. • A new app icon: the seedling against a harvest sun. • If you let Premium lapse, a welcome-back price may be waiting for you. • The rating prompt now waits for a good moment, like a logged harvest, and asks less often. Fixes: the Garden screen now opens the right Premium page for the feature you tapped.

Stability fixes, from a pass over restoring a backup and adding photos. • Restoring a backup is now properly checked. A file that had been edited or damaged could carry values Dibble could not draw, and one of them could close the app when you opened a bed. Anything out of range is now brought back to a sensible value instead. • Adding a photo handles unusual image files without stalling. • Logging a harvest with Siri keeps the same limits as the app. • Searching the plant list is snappier with very long text. Nothing you have already saved is changed by this update.

A correctness release, from a pass over every place you type something into Dibble. • Postal codes are now properly checked. Before, a code Dibble did not recognize quietly fell back to a default zone, so a typo could hand you a confident planting calendar built on the wrong frost dates. Dibble now tells you the code did not match instead of guessing. • Names, varieties, notes and codes have sensible length limits, and a field holding only spaces no longer leaves a blank row where a name should be. • Exported CSV files are safe to open in any spreadsheet. • Small fixes to the feedback form. If you entered a postal code that Dibble did not recognize, it is worth opening Settings and tapping Update next to your code to confirm your zone is right.

Two big additions for Premium gardeners: • Adaptive calendar: when your area's freezes run early or late this year, your planting dates shift with them, and Dibble shows you the evidence behind every adjustment. • Pest ID: point the camera at a chewed leaf and Dibble names the culprit, entirely on your device, with organic treatments and prevention tips. Also: the paywall now lists everything Premium actually includes, and small fixes throughout.

New: report a bug or suggest a feature, right from Settings. Your report goes out with the details we need to fix it fast, and a person reads every one.

Refreshed the App Store screenshots so each screen is easier to read at a glance. The app itself is unchanged.
