• Stuck on a hard grid? The hint system doesn't just fill a cell — it names and explains the technique, from Naked and Hidden Singles, through X-Wings and Skyscrapers, all the way up to Swordfish, Finned and Sashimi Fish, XY-Chains, ALS-XZ, Forcing Chains and many more
• Every grid has exactly one logical solution — never a guess, no matter how hard it gets
• For the serious solvers, our difficulty tiers show what techniques are required on the settings screen and map to the following Hodoku scores on average: ~310, ~475, ~730, ~1060, ~1265, ~2960. The final tier will hunt for the hardest grid it can find in 30 seconds, be warned it will often generate grids far exceeding the previous tier
