Your logo and colors go on every document, and quotes are sent by text or email with a link your client opens on any phone. When the client approves, the quote becomes a scheduled job with one tap. A CALENDAR THAT RUNS ITSELF See your day and your week at a glance. Set up weekly, biweekly or monthly recurring cleanings and MaidTab creates the visits for you. Reschedule in seconds, and automatic reminders go out to your crew and your clients before every visit, by email and text. EVERY JOB DONE RIGHT Build checklists for each type of cleaning so nothing gets missed. Take before and after photos, keep client notes, gate codes and pet details on the job, and collect the client's signature when the work is done.
