How you speak to yourself shapes how you see everything. Expand puts one calm, beautiful affirmation in front of you at a time — on your phone, your lock screen, your home screen, and your wrist — so the voice in your head slowly becomes one that's on your side.
Open the app and you're already there: a full-screen affirmation on a wallpaper that feels like you. Swipe for the next one. Save what resonates. Come back tomorrow.
