Marquee: put text over your video. Type your message, choose a font, color and size, then drag it straight onto the preview to place it. Or let it scroll in a loop — left, right, up or down — at whatever speed you like. Emoji work too. Marquee is a Pro feature. Also in this version: • Mirror image — flip your video horizontally. • Flip text — keeps the marquee readable in apps that mirror your self-view, like Photo Booth or a Zoom self-preview. • A live preview in the main window, so you see every change as you make it. • Freeze and Hide are now large buttons with their shortcuts in plain sight. • The Quality slider's preview now shows the real pixelation instead of a blur. • Updates no longer restart the virtual camera while you're in a call.

Choose, change or remove it from the main window or the menu bar. • Instant settings sync — Freeze, Hide, quality and Pro unlock now reach the virtual camera the moment you change them. No more waiting or restarting the app for a toggle to take effect. • True-to-output preview — The preview now mirrors exactly what other people see: the frozen frame, the quality blur and your hidden background image. • Purchase feedback — Buying or restoring CamHold Pro now shows a clear status message, and the watermark disappears as soon as it succeeds. • "Open CamHold" in the menu bar reuses the existing window instead of opening a new one every time. FIXED • Fixed a bug where the camera could get stuck with no video when the source was set to "Default" — CamHold could end up capturing its own virtual camera. • Freeze and Hide now cancel each other out in both directions. • The preview stops when the window isn't visible on screen, cutting needless CPU and battery use.
