Stride Quest turns the steps you are already taking into rewards.
Your iPhone's motion sensor counts your steps. Every 1,000 steps unlocks a milestone spin on the reward wheel, up to 15 milestones a day. Watch a short video ad, spin, and the wheel adds Stride Tokens to your balance. Every spin wins something, so there is no losing spin, and the reward values and how often each one lands are shown on the wheel before you spin.
HOW IT WORKS

- Watch a short video ad to open the wheel.
- Spin. Every spin awards Stride Tokens.
- Redeem. Trade your tokens for gift cards or charitable donations.
MORE WAYS TO SPIN
- Timed bonus spins: collect up to six more spins in each six-hour window, each one opened by a short video.
- Daily streaks: staying active on consecutive days unlocks bonus spins, including higher-value golden spins, all the way to a 100-day streak. Streak spins need no video at all.
- Double up: after a milestone or timed bonus spin you can watch one more video to double that spin's reward. It is optional and it never costs you tokens.
REDEEMING YOUR TOKENS
Stride Tokens are a promotional currency funded by advertising. They have no cash value on their own and can only be used inside Stride Quest. When you have enough, redeem them in the marketplace for a gift card or a charitable donation. Rewards are fulfilled through Tremendous, our rewards provider, and delivered to the email address on your account. Daily redemption limits apply. Redemption is rolling out in stages, so it may not be available for your account right away. Your tokens are safe and keep their value until it is.
