Customers from outside Ez-Sales Contacts → Add customer: someone who called you, walked in, or wrote to your own Facebook, Telegram or TikTok. Enter their name and phone and how they reached you. If the number is already saved, the app opens that customer instead of making a copy. Orders Record their orders from their page, with a note for the delivery. Orders made outside a chat are marked Outside. You can cancel an order you made; its points come off the Board.

Board Each seller on the Board now shows a second line under touches, qualified and orders: their Online time, the chats assigned to them and what their orders are worth. It is there for every period, from Today to Last month, and matches the office TV. Dollars come first and riel after, never converted; cancelled orders are left out.

To follow-up A new inbox tab, right after Mine, lists the chats to follow up: customers who went quiet after your reply while you can still message them, and the follow-ups you scheduled. Each row says why it is there, such as "Due 09:00" or "3h left". Adding a follow-up now offers quick times (In 3 hours, Tomorrow 09:00, In 3 days, Next week), and you get a reminder when it is due. Customers waiting come first Mine now puts customers waiting for your reply at the top, tagged "To reply". Block customer Block a spam, scam or abusive customer from the chat menu. Their messages stay out of your inbox, and an admin can unblock them. Also - If your team turns it on, resolving a chat while the customer is still waiting asks you to reply first or say why. - If Facebook refuses a reply, the app offers Reply in Business Suite.

Team board The team board from the office screen is now in the app for everyone. The new Board tab shows where the team stands today, with the live queue at the top. Look back at yesterday, this week and last week, this month and last month — the periods rewards are decided on. Your own row is highlighted, and each person's bar shows their progress toward their goal.

Voice templates Record a voice note straight into a template and send it to customers on Messenger with one tap. Useful for a greeting or a price list you say the same way every time. (Voice templates are not supported by TikTok, so they are hidden on TikTok conversations rather than failing when you send.) Clearer inbox When the last message in a conversation was a photo or a voice note, the inbox showed a blank line — a customer waiting on a reply looked like an empty conversation. It now shows "Photo" or "Voice message".

Templates now work as they should: the picker was coming up empty, and it now lists your team's replies. Any seller can create one, not just an admin, and a template can carry a photo or a video. You can now send a video to a customer, and videos show a preview in the chat instead of a blank bubble. Save a customer's photo or video straight to your phone's gallery. The inbox shows who owns each conversation, and "Mine" shows how many customers are actually waiting for a reply.

New "My customers" tab in the inbox: see every customer who belongs to you in one place, including customers nobody has been assigned to yet and ones a colleague is currently answering.
