Focusterra: Global Focus Timer
Deep work & study with friends
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Start a timer and watch your city light up among people focusing right now, all over a living globe. You're never focusing alone.
Focusterra is a focus timer where you're never alone.
The moment you start a session, an anonymous dot for your city joins people focusing right now — lighting up across a living, rotating globe. No feeds, no faces, no pressure. Just the quiet company of everyone else doing the work, everywhere on Earth.
WHY FOCUSTERRA
• Presence, not gamification. The globe is the point — real people, focusing right now, shown by city.
• Zero friction. Open it, pick a length, and you're in. No scheduling, no accounts required, no video.
• Calm by design. A dark, minimal space built to help you sink in — not another dopamine feed.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Live focus globe — see where in the world people are focusing, in real time, always anonymous.
• Focus timer — choose your length and go deep, with a gentle chime when time's up.
• Ambient sounds — slip into focus with a hand-picked set of atmospheres.
• Focus categories — pick the kind of focus you're in the mood for.
• Orbits multi-task board — line up a long day's work and watch your hours add up.
• Focus with friends — connect with people you know and see who's focusing alongside you.
• Your stats — today's focus, history, and streaks to keep the momentum.
FREE TO USE
The timer, sounds, categories, and the Orbits board work with no account at all. Sign in only if you want friends and to sync your history across devices.
PRIVACY FIRST
Your globe dot is anonymous — others see that a city has people focusing, never who you are. We use a coarse, city-level area (never your exact location), and we never sell your data. See how it all works at focusterra.app/privacy.
Never focus alone.
