New in Dogs Out 1.2: • Walk invites — tap the paw in any chat to invite someone for a walk: pick a spot, a day and a time. Walks get their own list in Playdates. • Out with friends — your status can now say who's with you: "walking Luna, accompanied by Lea with Maylie". • SOS for lost dogs — report your dog as lost and everyone within 100 km gets an alert with photos and can message you right away. • Adopt from a shelter — a list of dog shelters for every canton and Bundesland, nearest first. • Dogsitters can now mark exactly when they're free, e.g. Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons. • A short app tour shows you around, with a "Show me" for every feature. • Add to Calendar now opens your calendar directly. • Bug fixes and small improvements. Dogs Out now shows occasional ads between profiles in Discover to stay free.

Dogsitting, from both sides. Post the hours and the dogs you need looked after, and sitters nearby can offer to take the job — you pick who you want and accept them right from the chat. Once someone's coming, send over the address, an emergency number and a to-do list, and it lands in their chat where they'll need it. Afterwards you can rate them: stars, a comment, and the things that stood out. Sitting for someone else? Filter open jobs by the days you're free, offer on the ones that suit, and see everything you've committed to in one place.
