The intention ritual now has a beginning and an end: 5 days first, 33 if you like; at night your intention plays while you sleep. • 5 days first: the ritual starts with a short commitment; on day 5, a card and an invitation to extend to 33 • Step of the day: each morning write the smallest step toward your intention, at night mark it done • Listen while you sleep (Nüve+, try it the first night): your intention loops in your own voice over the ambience and fades out when the timer ends • A letter to your future self: write it in the first days, it opens at the day-33 ceremony • Ways to take it in: hold, type it once, or listen to your own recording to the end — all three count • Clarify: on iOS 27, one suggestion or one question for your intention draft, via Apple's Private Cloud Compute • Obstacle and plan: what stops you most and what you do if it happens — kept with your intention • Your intentions: they stay in My Library with their status (ongoing / happened / on the way / changed); share the "wrote it → happened" card

Morning, noon and night notifications are now open to everyone; the Nüve+ page is built around you. • Three notification moments, free: morning, noon and night — pick the ones you want in Settings > Notifications • A personal Nüve+ page: your name, your need and a line from the collection of your last session; the terms of the plan you pick are written on the button • Tap something locked before finishing your first session and we suggest a session first • Started a trial? A reminder arrives before the charge begins • Voice packs download again on their own when the connection drops

Your intention is now everywhere in your day: in your photo, on your lock screen, in your notification, in your own voice. • Add a photo to your intention: it becomes the backdrop of the ritual page and the background of your intention card — one picture, kept on your device • Intention widget: your sentence and the day's count (morning 3 · midday 6 · night 9) on the lock screen and home screen; with your photo as the backdrop if you added one • While the ritual is on, the morning notification is your intention itself; midday and night notifications come with Nüve+ • Intention video in your own voice: if you have a recording, it's a visible switch on the share page — never used silently • The day's sign: after the night phase, one line — did something small happen around your intention today? Your signs are listed and can be shared as a card • If you came for manifestation: here it's called Intention — we say so at the start and on the ritual page

Intention: put what you want into one sentence, and stay with it for 33 days. • Write an Intention: answer three questions and your sentence comes out as a present-tense draft — edit it however you like • The intention ritual: return to the same sentence every day; take it in 3 times in the morning, 6 at midday, 9 at night. A missed day doesn't break the count — you pick up where you left off • A new INTENTION shelf in Explore: the My Intention Is Clear, Open to Abundance and As If It's Done collections • Share your intention card with the date it was written; your own sentences now have a share button too • A new need in the opening questions: "Focus on a goal" • Fixed card cropping, writing font size and a recording error in your own sentences

Your sentence can now be shared as a video, with its voice. • New Video format when sharing: the card becomes a vertical video with the studio voice • Two live backgrounds are now free: Night Sea and Sky • Live backgrounds now work in sharing too — the video moves with them • Journey can now be opened from Explore as well • A new Privacy section in Settings: you can turn off anonymous usage data any time — your sentences, recordings and name are never sent

You can now control Imagery and sleep sounds right from the Lock Screen. • Now Playing card on the Lock Screen and in Control Center: session name, time left, pause and resume • Pausing a sleep timer holds the countdown along with the sound • Audio recovers gracefully after a phone call and picks up where it left off • The journey reminder can now be turned off in Settings • New share card templates: the collection's line-art motif and a quote layout • You can now pick Nüve's language in Settings — without changing your phone's language • No more robotic voice while the audio is downloading — sessions start once the real voices are ready, with a small download indicator

The Nüve+ screen no longer appears right after setup — it comes after you finish your first practice. You can use Nüve free first. • Setup is one step shorter and takes you straight to today's Nüve • Leaving the Nüve+ screen is easy: a clear close button and a "Continue free for now" option • The screen now says plainly that Nüve is free to use
