New Feature: - Vertical writing (tategaki). Turn the current document vertical from View > Vertical Writing or with ⌥⌘V. Each document remembers whether it is vertical, and Settings > Display can open new documents vertically by default. - Vertical printing. Documents set to vertical writing print as vertical pages, with headers, footers, and page numbers at the top and bottom of the page. Bug fix: - Fixed the editor not receiving focus right after a document opened, which left the caret hidden and dropped the first keystrokes. - Fixed documents opening scrolled to the end instead of the beginning, which happened with vertical writing and with Typewriter Scrolling turned on. - Fixed double-click selecting the wrong word while Typewriter Scrolling was on, because the text moved between the two clicks. - Fixed jumping to a search match snapping back to the previously clicked line. - Fixed clicks in the padding above and below the text not placing the caret while Typewriter Scrolling was on. Change: - With Typewriter Scrolling on, clicking a line now brings that line to the middle of the window as well. Dragging or double-clicking to select text no longer moves the view. Note: line numbers and Typewriter Scrolling are unavailable while vertical writing is on.

New Feature: - Typewriter Scrolling: keeps the line you're writing fixed at the center of the window, so your eyes stay at one height as you write. It works the same on the first line and on the last line you're still adding. Turn it on in Settings > Display, from the new View menu, or with ⌥⌘T. It's off by default.
