Groopie reads your screenshots — and much more. • Send a photo of an itinerary, a packing list, a ticket, a car rental or a hotel booking and tag @groopie: Groopie offers to add it all to the trip. Nothing is added until you tap Add. • Scan on Itinerary and Packing reads a page from a photo, the camera or a PDF. • Ask Groopie privately: tap the lock in the chat composer to talk with Groopie where only you can see it. • Give a task to several people — everyone ticks their own part, with their own due date if they need one. • Split by person: "everyone pays $85" in one step, plus an optional pay-by date with a reminder. • Crews: start a new trip inside a crew, add trips you already have, or ask to join a crew trip. • Page tips now point right at the button they're about. Plus fixes, including plans always showing the right trip and Urgent tasks saving.

Getting there together just got easier — and so did getting around. • Journeys: see how everyone's getting there — plane, train, bus, ferry, car or local — in one place on the Travel tab. • Scan more than flights: add train, bus and ferry tickets and car-rental confirmations from a photo, a PDF or the camera. • Rental cars show pickup and return times and places, with a reminder to pick the car up and a heads-up 90 minutes before it's due back. • Tap an address to open it in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze — Groopie remembers your pick. • A map of the day: your plans as numbered stops, plus where you're staying. • Find places as you type when adding plans — the name, address, website and phone fill in for you. • New trip → Plan with Groopie: tell Groopie where and when, and it drafts the trip with you. Plus: "Where next?" ideas open the destination you tap, and lots of fixes.

Every trip now moves through phases — Dreaming, Deciding, Booking, Countdown, Travel day, During, Wrapping up — and Groopie shows you what matters for the phase you're in. • Up Next: votes, bookings, rides, money and tasks that need you, in one list with one-tap actions. Today follows the trip you pick. • A clearer trip: Overview, Plan, Chat, Travel and Money, opening on the tab your trip needs right now. • Quick Actions on every trip's Overview: one tap to flights, stay, packing, decisions, photos, the guide, settle up and more, each with its status. • Replies that stay in the conversation: swipe to reply, see replies in the chat with what they answer, open a thread in place, or reply straight from a notification. • Groopie's suggestions are now tappable wherever they appear — add a plan, start a vote, or just reply "yes". • Confirm your stay with its confirmation code, and close a poll when the crew has decided. • Notifications that ask first and explain what they're for, banners in the app for messages and anything that needs you, and an accurate app badge. • Money moves you'll want to know about: a heads-up when someone adds an expense you're part of or settles up with you. Plus smoother animations, a sharper look across every style, and lots of fixes.

The trip, in the Dynamic Island. On travel day Groopie lives in the island: a countdown to your flight, the gate closing, your flight in the air with a live landing time, then the airport pickup — who's landed, who's still in the air, and one tap to tell your driver you're at the curb. On every other day it shows what you're in and when to leave for the next thing, with directions one tap away. A vote about to close can appear there too (opt in under Notifications). Getting there. Cars, seats and bags on any leg; Groopie proposes who rides with whom from real landing times; drivers pick their regulars; a seat map you can drag. Live flight tracking. Add your flights and see who lands when, with a live position and ETA in the air. Scan your tickets. Upload boarding passes or airline emails (up to six at once) and Groopie files the flights — now right on the empty Flights board. Plus: a car sheet with a driver and named seats, an update nudge when a new version is out, and fixes for booking scans and notifications.

Getting there, sorted. • Live flight tracking: see who lands when on the Flights board, with a live map and a refresh button. Groopie can tell the crew when you land. • Getting there: add your car once (seats, and how many bags take a seat) and Groopie works out who rides with whom on the airport run. Drag a seat between cars, mark when you've left, log fuel and tolls straight into Money. • Scan several tickets at once. Groopie reads each leg, tells arrivals from departures by your destination, and gets the date and time zone right. When it can't tell, it asks. • Chat quick replies that fit the conversation, and Groopie stays in a thread once you've asked it something. • Swipe the trip header away to give any page the full screen. • Notifications fixed: pushes reach every device, thread replies are announced, and the Flights nudge works.

Groopie has a new look — the whole app, rebuilt from the ground up for iPhone. • Today: everything waiting on you — money to settle, decisions to vote on, tasks with your name on them — in one place. • Faster everywhere, with your trips, plans, tasks and packing lists available offline and syncing when you're back. • Photo albums with slideshows you can play together. • Groopie's memory: see what it remembers about you and your crew, and turn it off any time. • Reminders on your phone for plans, tasks and departures. • Apple Watch app and Home Screen widgets, now sharing your look and your sign-in. • Two styles — Concierge and Vision Board — with light and dark modes and six accent colors. Your account, trips and crews carry straight over. Requires iOS 26.

Decisions are clearer. Polls now show turnout at a glance - who's voted, who you're still waiting on, and what's winning. Every trip now opens with Quick Actions, so the whole trip is one tap away. Crew announcements stay put while you type. Plus a pass over spacing, contrast and tap targets across the app.

A brand-new launch animation. The Groopie keepsake spill now plays all the way through and settles on the wordmark. Also in this update: • Tips and hint cards fade in gently instead of springing into place. • Fixed two buttons that could stop responding — "Go back" on the profile error screen, and "Cancel" on password reset.
