Deleted reports are now recoverable • Deleting a report or template always asks first. • Deleted reports move to Recently Deleted — a new tab in your reports list — where you can restore them, photos and all, for 5 days. • After that they are removed for good, so old reports do not quietly fill up your phone.

Smoother on long inspections • Improved photo capture — steadier through a long session, with clearer on-screen feedback while you shoot. • Improved photo saving and attaching. • Improved handling of large photo sets — reports with a hundred photos or more open, scroll and edit noticeably faster. • Improved background saving as you move between rooms. • New: before you generate, a short summary shows what is going into the PDF — how many photos, how large they will be, and whether copies go to your Photos library — plus a progress bar while it builds. • Photos saved to your Photos library now keep their original quality. • Settings › Help & Support can now copy a short diagnostic, if we ever need one from you.

• Property bigger than the form? Add extra rooms — bedrooms 5 and up, more bathrooms, or your own custom areas. They print as a clearly labelled annexure that forms part of the report, with space for the tenant's response. • The form's supporting-documentation answer and additional comments reference the annexure automatically.

• Improved: reports with a lot of photos could close the app part-way through. • Improved: long comments on a routine inspection could be cut off in the PDF. Generate an affected report again for the full text. • Reports generate about 40% faster, and photos take up less space on your phone.

Templates, reworked • Save a report as a template and give it a name — no more three identical entries staring back at you. • Templates now live under "Start from template" when you begin a report, with search, sort, rename and delete. • A template keeps everything you'd already entered, so you only change what's different this time. Photos and signatures aren't carried over. Never miss an update • A clear banner when a newer version is out, and a "View on the App Store" link in Settings that always works. • "Check for updates" now tells you what it found instead of leaving you guessing. Smaller things • A gentle buzz when you complete or finalise a report. • Tenant email fields fill faster. • More VoiceOver labels across reports, photos and the camera. • Consistent spacing, corners and tags right across the app.

Reports carry a DRAFT watermark until you mark them completed, so nothing half-done goes out by accident — and your 10 free reports each month now count only when you complete a report. One clear "Mark completed" step on every form, a progress tracker on entry and exit reports, and simpler status tags on your report list.
