The app now re-registers for notifications each time it's opened, so staying signed in keeps them coming through. • The chat icon shows a badge when a patient sends a new message, and it stays until you open the chat — even after you restart the app. • Adding a document or photo is simpler: there's a clear Cancel button, and tapping outside the box closes it. • Oversized videos are blocked before they upload, matching the limit set on the web, so large files won't be sent from mobile. • Role-based access now mirrors the web. Whatever sections a role can see on the web dashboard, they'll see the same on mobile — set it once on the web and it applies automatically. • Performance and stability improvements.
