Cleaner, sharper and easier to use: • All map buttons are now the same size and neatly lined up • Explore is reorganised into clear sections: Live now, Beyond Earth and Discover • Satellites are bigger and easier to tap • Rockets have realistic engine flames and lighting • Moon mode shows the whole Moon, with lunar orbiters on visible orbits • Search finds the ISS, Hubble and Tiangong first • Many small text and layout fixes

Small fixes

THE LIQUID GLASS UPDATE — the biggest rework yet, inside and out. A NEW LOOK Every panel, sheet, button and control is now real translucent glass, with light catching the edges the way Apple's own materials do. The sky shows through the app instead of being covered by it. THE NAMED SKY (new) Switch on Constellations and the real figures appear over the star field — Orion, the Big Dipper, Cassiopeia, the Southern Cross and 16 more, drawn from true J2000 star positions and turning correctly as the Earth spins and as you scrub time. LIGHT THAT SPILLS City lights now glow across the night side, the atmosphere has genuine depth from the limb outward, the terminator burns warm at sunrise, and the Moon catches the sun on its lit edge. A SKY YOU CAN READ All 15,933 tracked objects now read as orbital shells instead of static: satellites over the planet step back so continents, coastlines and city grids stay visible, and the far side of the sky recedes properly behind the near side. REAL STAR COLOURS Blue giants, white suns, orange and deep-red stars — the star field is now coloured by spectral class, the way the sky actually looks. SHARPER HARDWARE Satellite models gained segmented solar arrays with real frames and spars, and much finer surface detail up close. MORE MAP, LESS CHROME The scattered map buttons are now one tidy glass cluster, and the time bar rests as a single slim row — with speed controls one tap away — giving the map back a large slice of the screen.

THE ROCKETS & MOON UPDATE • Legendary rockets now fly as real 3D ships with roaring engine plumes — browse them all in Explore, read their stories with real launch photos, and tap SEE IT FLY to watch one soar • One or two legends are always in the sky over Earth — see if you can spot them • Moon mode: real NASA photography of every landing site, richer mission stories, sharper surface markers, and a cinematic lunar tour • AR: beautifully relit satellite models with a clear selection ring • Filter by country, smarter search, and dozens of fixes and polish throughout

THE MOON UPDATE • Moon mode: tap the MOON button to leave Earth and orbit the Moon — explore 8 lunar orbiters and 21 historic landing sites (Apollo 11–17, Luna, Chang'e, SLIM and more), each with rich facts • Historic rockets: an optional layer with legendary rockets flying the map — Saturn V, Falcon 9, Starship and friends, now with animated engine plumes • AR upgrades: real 3D satellite models in the sky view, smarter distance filters with live counts, and a Hide Starlink switch • New "Selection ring" setting, sharper planet and rocket info cards, plus overlap fixes and performance polish

• All-new 3D satellite models — Starlink, comsats, telescopes, stations and rocket bodies now render with realistic gold-foil and solar-panel materials • Smoother AR sky view — rock-steady tracking even when pointing straight up, plus a real horizon line with compass directions and a guide arrow to your selected satellite • Starlink generations — every Starlink now shows whether it is v1.0, v1.5 or v2 Mini • Share satellites — the new Share button opens the iOS share sheet with a link straight to that exact satellite • Ride along — the follow-camera is now one prominent tap away • Quick reopen — closed the info panel? A floating chip brings it right back • Cleaner Explore, Browse and Tools — reorganized pages, tidier lists, most-used settings on top • Fixed: name labels lagging while rotating the globe, screen flicker while panning, overlapping time bar, and the Sun appearing to touch Earth • Shuffle in Cinematic mode now truly visits everything — all 15,900+ satellites, planets, moons and deep-space probes
