RentHound is the book of record for independent landlords: properties, units, leases and tenants in one rent ledger that shows who has paid, what's due, and what's overdue. Add a property and its units, attach a lease for each tenant, and RentHound builds the rent ledger automatically: every charge, every payment, and the running balance owed. Log an expense against its Schedule E category and export the whole year as a CSV at tax time. Maintenance tickets follow a repair from report to resolution, and reminders flag rent that's coming due or already late. A per-unit rent estimate suggests a market rate before you set next year's price.
