Food editing is smoother. Saving an item now keeps your place in your meal without jumping or flashing when the keyboard closes.

Messages from your coach now show their photo in the notification, so a real message never blends in with app updates. Your roadmap has been redrawn around the journey itself: the current phase front and centre with your week by week progress, what is next always in view, and a cleaner map your coach can reshape in seconds. Plus faster tab switching, smoother logging when you build your own meals, and the app opens with your coach's branding from the very first moment.

Video uploads rebuilt from the ground up. Picking a video is now instant, with no waiting while it prepares. Videos are compressed on your phone before sending, so uploads finish in seconds instead of minutes, run in the background while you finish your check-in, and resume automatically if your signal drops. Also: meal and option names in the plan builder are easier to rename with one-tap name suggestions, coaches can sign out from the phone app, and meal ticks and streaks are never lost when a meal plan is updated.

Fixes a display issue where the screen could be dragged out of place, leaving a dark band across the top or bottom. If your connection drops, the app now tells you and reconnects on its own instead of showing a blank screen.

Rest timer alerts now reach your lock screen, so you never miss the start of your next set. Plus workout auto-save is more reliable than ever.

Apple Watch support. Sleep, resting heart rate and HRV now sync from Apple Health, so your coach can see your recovery alongside your training.

Fixes Apple Health connection so your steps and activity sync with your coach.

You can now connect Apple Health to sync your daily steps automatically, so your coach can see your activity. This release also includes performance and stability improvements.

Updated the app's startup screen.

Push notifications have arrived. You'll now get a heads up the moment your coach sends you a message, assigns a new program or plan, or your weekly check-in is due, so nothing slips by. Plus general performance improvements under the hood.
