Homebook runs small schools: homeschools, microschools and private schools. One simple app for the whole school, and a portal that keeps families in the loop.
Whether you teach two kids at the kitchen table or run a full campus, Homebook replaces the binder, the six spreadsheets and the sticky notes with one system your staff and your families can use from any phone.
RUN THE DAY
• Take attendance in seconds, grouped by grade or by teacher
• A gradebook that does its own math: term grades and GPA compute themselves
• Letter grades, or 4·3·2·1 standards-based report cards for K–8
• Printable report cards and a transcript that builds year after year, with a QR code any college can scan to check it is real

SAFE BY DESIGN
We hold as little worth stealing as possible. Homebook never collects Social Security numbers, online tuition settles directly to your school's own Stripe account, and every school's records are kept apart at the database level. On iPhone, staff can turn on a Face ID or Touch ID lock so the app opens only for them.
Schools pay one flat price: no per-student fees, and no setup fees under 500 students. Cancel anytime. Founding schools keep their price for as long as their subscription stays active.
