DialedIn is a shot log for people who treat espresso like an engineering problem. Log what went in, what came out, how long it ran, and how it tasted, and get one clear adjustment for the next pull. No account, no tracking. Everything lives on your device and in your private iCloud, and syncs across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
A SHOT LOG BUILT FOR THE COUNTER
Dose, yield, time, grind setting, taste tags, a star rating, and a note, captured in about twenty seconds while the cup is still warm. The live ratio updates as you type, next to your target so you know where to stop.
TASTE TAGS AND ONE CLEAR ADJUSTMENT
Tag the shot sour, bitter, balanced, fruity, harsh, watery, and more. The advisor reads taste first and the clock second, then makes one call: grind a step finer, a step coarser, open the yield, cut it, or change nothing. It tells you why, in plain words.
