Scanner: training logbooks now read properly. Every flight is kept, even two on the same day, and Dual time comes in as Dual. Scanner: when the reader gives two flights for one line of the page, Sector now says which rows to check. Dates: tap the month name on any calendar to jump to another month or year. Dates: adding lots of flights? One tap gives the next flight the same date as the last one. Bug fixes.

New: leave a rating from Settings, straight to the App Store. Small fixes.

Card declined? Sector now tells you on the dashboard, with a link to fix it, and Pro keeps working while your bank retries. Bought the lifetime during your free trial? A new reminder helps you cancel the trial so you're never billed on top.

Drafts: write a flight up before you fly it and save it as a draft. After you land, put in the block times and save. That is the whole job. Drafts show amber in your logbook, with their own filter, and stay out of your totals, currency and exports until you finish them.

New: filter the logbook by any date range. Tap Dates, pick two days, and a mini stat block totals what you picked: block hours and flights, split by PIC, FO, Instructor and Dual. New: Pilots. Every name in your logbook in one list. Edit a name once and it updates on every flight. New: Tidy names. One tap neatens imported names, with a full undo. New: merge two entries that are the same pilot. Improved: the lifetime plan is available to subscribers too. Bug fix: names no longer autocorrect while you type. Small fixes.

Imports: Aileron Pilot Log files read straight in, with your crew, night time, instrument time and landings. Printing and export: the Function column says FO, the same as the rest of the app.

New: night mode. Sector follows your phone, or pick Day or Night in Settings. Printing: choose EASA, FAA or CASA in Settings. The CASA layout gives ICUS its own column and carries the true-copy wording. Imports: British Airways crew data downloads read straight in. Flight list: tap PF or PM to change who flew the landing, and tap FO to log the sector as PICUS. Bug fix: changing a flight's times updates its block time, IFR and night time with them. Fixed: Delete everything now clears every copy, on your phone and in the cloud, and deleted flights stay deleted. Fixed: signing back in works first time. New: the dashboard tells you when your logbook is not backed up.

Crew roles: PM instead of PNF, and FO instead of co-pilot. Your existing flights are untouched. PICUS: its own logbook filter, an "of which PICUS" line under your PIC total, and marked on your printed logbook. It still counts toward your PIC hours. Imports: LogTen Pro files bring in the captain and the other pilot, instead of leaving the names blank. Scanner: Pro includes 300 scanned pages for a whole career, not 300 a year. That is how it has always worked, but a few screens said otherwise. Bug fix: if a subscription will not go through, Sector now tells you why instead of doing nothing. Bug fix: recent-flying totals, landing currency and expiry countdowns stay exact across the clocks changing and leap years.

Imports: roster PDFs from CrewConnex (Emerald Airlines), with the captain in the PIC box and sectors you have not flown yet left out. Imports: every format Sector reads is now listed on the import screen. Settings: a Second pilot name, to go with PIC name. Bug fix: printing part of your logbook carries your earlier hours forward, instead of opening at zero. Printing: bigger signatures, and pages that fill properly. Layout: menus open in the middle of the screen, and crew names drop the CAPT and FO labels.

More logbooks import now: FLYLOG.io, Roster Buster and Swift Logbook join AIMS eCrew, LogTen Pro, Wingman and mccPILOTLOG, and the crew names from your imports fill in as you type. Pilot flying / Pilot not flying on every flight, so only the landings you actually flew count toward your landing currency. First officers can log PICUS, including marking single sectors from an import. The import preview is yours to tidy before anything is added: tap any flight to fix it, and anything that could not be read waits in a needs-a-look list. Night time is now worked out live for flights you add or scan. Endorsements take a name, licence number and signature, and the printable PDF logbook is wide landscape, in true date order. Signing in is fixed for pilots whose Apple ID already guarded a logbook from another device or an earlier install: Sector brings that logbook onto this phone and merges the two, nothing lost. Plus smaller touches, including registration and name suggestions in alphabetical order that stay in view above the keyboard.

Fixes: the printable PDF logbook no longer comes out blank when flights are signed, and a signature now prints at a sensible size on the flight's own line. Opening a flight no longer clears a night time you had already recorded. Exports now include who flew the sector, so a restored backup keeps your landing currency right. New: a reminder on your dashboard when your free month has a week left.

Imports: FLYLOG.io and Roster Buster logbooks now import, alongside AIMS eCrew, LogTen Pro, Wingman and mccPILOTLOG. Sector remembers the crew names from your imports. For first officers: log PICUS, and on an import tap a flight's COP tag to mark just that sector as PICUS. New Pilot flying / Pilot not flying on each flight, so only the landings you flew count toward currency. Tidy any import before adding it: tap a flight to fix it, and anything that couldn't be read shows in a needs-a-look list to finish or skip. Night time is worked out from the sun for flights you add or scan, and updates as you change the route. Endorsements take a name, licence number and signature and print on the correct line of your PDF logbook, which now exports in wide landscape, in date order.
