Stundenzettl: Time Tracking
Hours Tracker & Time Clock
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Track work hours, record expenses and hand in your timesheet. Stundenzettl takes you from clocking in to a finished record for your workplace. Tap to start your timer and tap again when your work is done.
Made for shift workers, cleaners, tradespeople, care workers, changing job sites and independent work. No separate account. No ads. Record your hours even when you are offline.
YOUR WORKDAY, CLEARLY RECORDED
• Clock in at different job sites, each with its own hourly pay.
• Add missed hours, record breaks and correct entries, including shifts across midnight.
• See your hours and estimated earnings. Set a personal earnings limit to help you keep track.
• Add vacation and sick leave as a date range. Optionally add public holidays automatically.
• Keep expenses, tips, photos and notes alongside your hours.
• Choose separate languages for the app and your PDF, so your workplace receives the document in the language it needs.
WHAT STAYS FREE
Manual clocking and time entry, editing and deleting entries, managing job sites, viewing summaries, recording leave, expenses and photos, and backing up or restoring your data. Private iCloud sync stays free too. There is no limit to one job site or a fixed number of entries.
STUNDENZETTL PLUS
• Create new PDF timesheets for a week, month or custom date range, with signatures and notes.
• Create PDF expense reports and completed leave requests.
• Add CSV files for Excel and photo attachments to your documents.
• Clock in automatically using GPS and automatically record ongoing assignments.
Choose a monthly subscription, annual subscription or lifetime one-time purchase. All three include the same Plus features. Original PDFs already saved in your archive remain available to open and share after a subscription ends. Your recorded data stays yours.
ALREADY USING THE ORIGINAL FREE VERSION?
If you obtained Stundenzettl from the App Store before the first Plus release, you keep all Plus features permanently at no cost. No subscription or one-time purchase is needed.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Prices and terms are displayed before you purchase. Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.

New on Apple Watch: start, pause, and stop your shifts right from your wrist — with your places and today’s overview. On iPad and the unfolded iPhone Duo, the app makes full use of the large screen with a clean multi-column layout, and on iPad you can sign your timesheet directly with Apple Pencil.
