ANALYZE CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION
Paste a diagnosis statement or outpatient note. The app identifies documented diagnoses, symptoms, and encounter details, grounds candidate codes in the bundled FY2027 ICD-10-CM code set, and applies rule checks. Results appear in stages for review. The FY2027 edition is intended for services from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.
REVIEW EACH SUGGESTION
Suggestions show an official code description, a review status, and an explanation. The app highlights questions about specificity, laterality, seventh characters, Excludes1 conflicts, and sequencing instructions. Uncertain and ruled-out findings appear separately from active suggestions.
VERIFY WITH CODE REFERENCES
Open Code Detail to review descriptions, applicable instructional notes, seventh-character definitions, and the bundled Tabular List hierarchy. Confirm each choice against the documentation and official coding guidance.
PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
Clinical note text is processed on your device. It is not saved, logged, synced, or sent to a server. Analysis and code search work offline. The app has no ads or tracking SDKs. Anonymous feedback and optional usage counts help improve the app through analytics software. Usage sharing is off by default. Clinical notes and code suggestions are never included.
SEARCH AND ORGANIZE
Search the bundled code set by code or description. Save favorite codes with your own reference notes and organize them into folders with Premium. Saved favorites, folders, and personal reference notes can sync through your private iCloud account when available. One-tap saving of suggestions stores code references, not the analyzed clinical note.
START FREE
Search without limits, save up to 10 favorites, and complete 3 eligible note analyses per rolling seven-day period. Bundled fictional samples and short diagnosis lookups do not use that allowance. iCloud sync for saved reference material is available on both plans.
Premium adds unlimited note analyses and favorites, folders, and one-tap saving of current suggestions. Subscription terms and any eligible introductory offer are shown before purchase.
PROFESSIONAL DECISION SUPPORT
The app does not submit claims, determine reimbursement, replace official guidance, or make final coding decisions. You review the documentation and confirm every code. Automated support is limited for some specialty contexts, including obstetric, newborn, and external-cause coding.
