The AI Governance Collective is the community of practice for the people doing the work of AI governance. It is curated, practitioner-led, and built around the how: the operational know-how that frameworks and webinars never quite give you.
The field has produced an explosion of guidance. Frameworks, regulations, principles, and conformity criteria are everywhere. What is missing is the how: how other practitioners actually built their programs, chose their frameworks, prepared for audits, and answered the hard questions in front of their leadership. The Collective is where that practice gets shared, in the open, by named practitioners who do the work.
