- Premises: find an address by search or by scanning its QR label, and see who is connected, what equipment is installed and whether the network sees it. The access note (gate code, key box) is shown first. - Install a device at an address before anybody orders service: scan its serial number or MAC, or pick it from your stock. - Replace a device and say what happens to the old one, or mark a device to collect, damaged, sent to the vendor or lost. - Install checklist on a ticket: ticks, readings with a unit and a passing range (out of range is flagged), and text answers. - Edit an address on site: status, access note, position from your phone, manager. - Wi-Fi name and password and the customer device login, saved on the service. Radio signal of the customer's device where network monitoring is on. - Tickets: your queues with counters (mine, my groups, unassigned, participating), a group on every ticket, Take it, and other staff added to a ticket with a role.

- Sign in with just your email and password, and switch between workspaces if your account works in several. - Notifications: one inbox for everything the panel tells you, with an unread badge and push alerts you choose per kind. A tap opens the ticket, customer or device. - Change a customer's plan on the spot: see what the customer pays or gets back before you confirm, or schedule the change for the next renewal. - Prepaid services: days left, activate or renew with a payment, add free days. - Devices: see what DHCP found on your routers and attach a device to a customer's service in one tap, with an IP picked for you. - Service traffic chart (today, 7 days, 30 days, months) with the live online / offline state. - Sector finder and antenna aiming: the nearest sectors with terrain line of sight, and a compass or camera view to aim the CPE. - Monitoring: latency and packet loss per target, current problems first (workspaces with network monitoring). - Field sales: territories on a map and door-to-door lead capture with your position. - Also: block or unblock a customer, photos when opening a ticket, share an invoice's pay link, TV service details, stock moves to your van, and per-workspace numbers everywhere. - Easier to read: one clear date format everywhere, labelled traffic charts you can tap for values, and forms that keep the field you are typing in above the keyboard. - Sign in with just your panel email and password - no workspace address to type. Two-factor accounts are asked for their code in the app. - Work for more than one company? Switch workspace in More, add another one or sign out of one, and keep getting notifications from all of them.

Fixes an issue where tapping the camera to attach a photo or scan a barcode could do nothing if camera permission had not been granted yet. The app now asks for camera access at the right moment and guides you to Settings if access was turned off.
