LiftLock: Gym Tracker + Focus
Log lifts. Block distractions.
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
LiftLock is the workout tracker that keeps you off TikTok until your session is done.
TRAIN LOCKED IN
Pick the apps that steal your focus: TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube. When you start a workout, they lock. When you finish, they unlock. Your phone becomes a logbook, a rest timer and nothing else. Studies link social media use during training with about 15 percent less training volume. Get it back.
LOG FAST, BEAT LAST TIME
- Every set shows what you lifted last session, side by side
- Rest timer on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
- Supersets, warmup sets, custom exercises
- Plate calculator built in, free
- 70+ exercise library
KNOW YOU ARE PROGRESSING
- Weekly volume and strength curves (e1RM) per exercise
- Sets per muscle group, week streaks, personal records
- A shareable session card: duration, volume, "locked in" badge
AN AI COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR TRAINING
- Chat with a coach that remembers your history, goals and injuries
- Programs built from your real logged sets, not a generic template
- Every week it reads your new sets and adjusts the plan: loads, volume, exercise swaps
- Proactive check-ins after your workouts, live in-session adjustments
- Scan a gym machine with your camera to add the exercise
WHAT IS FREE, AND WHAT IS NOT
Free forever, no account needed: workout logging, routines, the Focus app-blocking, the rest timer, the plate calculator, CSV import and export, and every stat and chart.
Free with a free account: a daily allowance of AI coach messages, 3 per day.
A subscription is required for unlimited coach chat, AI-built programs, weekly program updates, proactive check-ins, machine scanning and live in-session coaching.
YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL
- Works fully offline with no account: logging, routines, Focus and export stay on your iPhone
- Create an account only to use the AI coach; then your profile, workouts and chats sync to our secure EU servers to power it
- Coaching replies are generated by Anthropic Claude on Amazon Bedrock in the EU. Your data is never used to train models
- No ads, no third-party analytics, no trackers
- Switching trackers? Import your history from a CSV export in one tap, and export everything to CSV anytime, free
- Delete your account and cloud data anytime; workouts count toward your Apple Watch rings via Apple Health
The focus lock uses Apple's Screen Time technology. You choose the apps, you start the session, and you can always change your mind in Settings. LiftLock helps you, it does not punish you.

• Timed and cardio sets: log holds and cardio by duration, next to classic reps.
• Mark any set as a warm-up. The coach's warm-ups now sit inside the exercise.
• Archived programs: a replaced program is kept and can be restored.
• Share a program or a routine, and import one with a preview.
• Back up all your data to a file and restore it.
• Exercise picker: only filters with results, and clear options when nothing matches.
• AI coach: see what it is doing while it answers, and ask it to save a session as a routine.
• Accessibility and stability improvements.
