MindForward: Get Unstuck

Turn Worry Into an Action Plan

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Stuck on a problem? MindForward turns it into a calm plan you can start today. Nothing you write ever leaves your iPhone or iPad, and there's no account to create. Nothing you write in MindForward ever leaves your device. That matters, because MindForward asks you about the thing that's actually weighing on you — and every other app that does this sends your answer to a server. This one doesn't. No account. No cloud. No AI service reading your problems. WHAT IT DOES When something is on your mind, the hardest part is knowing where to begin. Tell MindForward what's going on, in your own words. Answer a few short questions about your situation, what's getting in the way, and how you'd like to be guided. In moments you get a plan: a calm reflection of where you are, one small step you can take today, and the steps that follow. Then you just move forward. Your path shows what's done, what's next, and what's coming — so you always know your next move without seeing the whole mountain at once. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Describe a problem in your own words and get a structured plan • See one clear first step you can take today • Follow a step-by-step path at your own pace • Understand why each step matters and what to try right now • Create a fresh plan whenever your situation changes • See your current step on your Home Screen, or start a plan with Siri • Reset everything, anytime — it's your device, your choice HOW THE PRIVACY WORKS Your reflections are processed and stored only on your iPhone or iPad, using Apple's on-device intelligence. Your words are never uploaded to us or sent to an external AI service. The Home Screen widget only ever shows a step's title, never what you wrote — and you can turn even that off. WHAT YOU NEED Nothing beyond your iPhone or iPad. With Apple Intelligence switched on, Apple Intelligence writes your plan. Without it, MindForward writes the plan itself, from your answers, on your device — every feature works either way. If you do switch Apple Intelligence on, iOS downloads its model once, over Wi-Fi. MindForward downloads nothing of its own, and asks you before any of it. CALM BY DESIGN No feeds. No streaks. No notifications nagging you. Just a quiet space to think clearly and move forward. Whether it's a hard conversation you keep postponing, a decision you can't settle, or a change you've been meaning to make — MindForward helps you take the first step. MINDFORWARD PLUS Your first step is always free. MindForward Plus unlocks your full guided path — every next step, in order — plus the ability to revisit and regenerate your plan. Available as a weekly or annual subscription. — Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in the App Store. MindForward offers supportive guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. A new look for your Home Screen. • MindForward's icon now has dark and tinted versions, so it fits in however you've set up your Home Screen. Everything still happens on your device. Nothing you write ever leaves it.
