You're leveling up. You just can't see it.
Real life gives slow, scattered feedback — you grind for weeks with no
proof you're growing. Hotari is a mirror that turns your real days into
an RPG, so you can finally SEE yourself getting stronger.
HOW IT WORKS
- Log what you actually do as quests — dailies, main-quest projects,
and one-offs.
- Settle your day: an AI Scribe reads your effort and writes a short,
personal note on your growth. Pick its voice — warm Mentor,
sharp-tongued Roaster, hype Drill Sergeant, lyrical Bard, calm Zen
Sage, and a few playful extras.
- Watch five life attributes grow on your radar: Wisdom, Body, Heart,
Career, Bonds. A balance mirror quietly shows which part of your life
has gone quiet lately — so you can rebalance, not burn out.
- Skills awaken from what you actually do, fuse into new composite
skills, and ascend through rarity tiers. Real RPG depth, not "+1 HP".
- Set long-term visions, and an AI Seer paints a picture of the
future self you're growing toward.
NO STREAK SHAME
Hotari never punishes a missed day. Your mirror reflects recent
investment — no debt, no guilt, no make-up pressure. Come back anytime;
the story continues.
WHO IT'S FOR
- You work hard but can't see progress, and it's draining your drive.
- Habit apps became chores; templates got abandoned.
- You love RPGs and want your real life to have a stat sheet.

SHARING, REDONE
Now you see the card before you share it. The share sheet shows the finished image full size, and adds a Save to Photos button — for the apps that post from your camera roll instead of accepting a shared file. On daily settlements, the "Include the Scribe's note" toggle moved under the card, so you can watch the note appear and disappear as you decide.
RESET YOUR PASSWORD WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP
Enter the 6-digit code from your email and set the new password right there. Links in older emails still work.
ALSO FIXED
• Quest rows no longer shift when you check one off, and the edit box no longer covers the row beneath it.
• A newly awakened skill now appears on your settlement card, in the Chronicle, and on the share card, marked NEW. It used to appear only during the awakening animation — so with Reduce Motion on, you never saw it at all.
• Settings panels (Scribe Personality, theme, language) no longer snap shut the moment you scroll them.
• Fixed a line-wrap issue on the onboarding skills screen in English and Japanese.
