THREATS, OPPORTUNITIES AND ISSUES • Every entry now has a type: threat, opportunity or issue. Opportunities are rated by likelihood × benefit in their own teal colour scale; issues by impact and urgency. • When a threat occurs, continue it as an issue with one tap – the risk keeps its rating and history. Early warning signs record how you would recognise it coming. • Register with a switch, a separate “Issues” section, an opportunity matrix with “Current → Target”, a risk timeline that can show opportunities, dashboard cards for opportunities, issues and risk load, and a double matrix in the management report. MEETINGS WITH MINUTES • Prepare a meeting: method, project, participants. The app guides you step by step through a pre-mortem, a category walkthrough, a risk review round or SWOT. • Reasons, opportunities and threats become entries with one tap, decisions become measures with an owner and a due date. • Notes and answers with formatting, decisions can be reworded at any time. At the end you get the minutes with every change before → after – as PDF, Word or PowerPoint; the SWOT analysis as a four-field matrix, the pre-mortem reasons as a table “Reason → Entry”. RISK TOLERANCE • Define which risk you still accept – as a score or as expected loss, for the database or per project. The matrix and dashboard show what lies above it. YOUR LOOK • Reports in your colours – and per project with its own logo, company name and colours. • Your own app themes: duplicate and customise any theme, with preview and contrast warning, on all your devices. SAFER COLLABORATION • In shared iCloud databases, roles carry the owner's signature – a rewritten role is noticed at once. ON THE MAC • Register with a sort menu for every column, column sets in one click, two-line rows and columns as wide as their content; hide the detail column with ⌥⌘D. ON IPHONE • More room for content: bars give way while scrolling, compact two-line risk rows (detailed on request), priority groups and the “Due” trays collapsible, smaller tiles in the dashboard and the measures overview, the rating formula right in the Gross/Today/Target bar. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES • Opportunity templates: 15 typical opportunities with benefit, strategy and plan. Measures can be moved to another entry. • Risks, opportunities and issues appear everywhere in the same row as in the register – in the top risks, the matrix, meetings and search. • For example: “Suggest a rating” and “From photo or document” now know opportunities, the AI analysis of the period report knows opportunities and issues, and keyboard shortcuts follow the new sidebar. Plus many smaller fixes to layout, controls and translations. Important for teams: version 3.0 saves in the new data format 16. Please update all devices together – version 2.14 opens a database from 3.0 for viewing only and changes nothing, so no content is lost. When opened for the first time, 3.0 converts occurred risks into issues once and makes a backup first.

RISKS FROM A PHOTO OR DOCUMENT • Take a photo or scan of minutes, an email or a whiteboard – or choose an image or PDF. The app recognises the text and suggests the risks in it. • One risk found fills in the form; several are created with one tap – each with its suggested rating. • Text recognition runs on your device, and the picture is not stored. Your own AI provider receives at most the recognised text, never the picture. COST PER MEASURE • Record the planned cost of each measure – in the currency of your risk budget. The total appears on the risk, and costs show up in reports and in Excel. • Dropped measures get a date, and the “Open” and “Closed” tiles now show trend arrows too. OCCURRED RISKS AND DUPLICATES • When a risk occurs, record the date and the actual loss – compared with the expected value and summed up in the management report. • Next to the measure costs you see how much they reduce the risk budget. • When you create a risk, the app points out similar existing risks. RISK FACT SHEET AND NETWORK PICTURE • “Risk as PDF” sums up a risk on a few pages – rating, measures with costs, links including the network picture, and the latest comments. To share, print or file. • Export the network picture of the connections as a PDF or image. YOUR TAB BAR ON IPHONE • Under “More” → “Customize Tab Bar” you choose which sections sit at the bottom as tabs. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES • For example: on iPhone and iPhone Duo you now choose the project in every section, the views are tidier in narrow columns, and the matrices carry their axes at the bottom and need less space. A filled-in form can no longer be swiped away by accident. Plus many smaller fixes to layout, controls and translations. If your team works with a shared database file, please update all devices to 2.14 – older versions don't know about costs, drop dates and loss details yet. New and forward-looking: if 2.14 later meets a database from a newer version, it only shows it and changes nothing – so no content is lost.

BUILT FOR IPHONE DUO • Folded it's an iPhone, unfolded a small iPad: Risky Business follows along in the middle of your work – the section you're in, an open risk and an open sheet all stay put. • Unfolded, the tools sit in the bar at the edge, right where your thumb is. • On every iPhone, Dashboard, Due, Risk Register and Risk Matrix are now tabs at the bottom, everything else is under “More”. LINKS BETWEEN RISKS • Record which risk causes another, what it depends on or what it relates to – across projects, too. • “Connections” shows the network around a risk as a picture. The new dashboard card “Hubs” lists the risks with the most links and the chains that end in a critical risk. • Links also appear in the register, the Excel export and the management report. AI SUGGESTION WHEN ENTERING A RISK • For a new risk, your device's language model suggests category, rating, strategy and first measures – with a reason. Nothing is applied until you decide. • You can use your own provider for this with its own switch, separate from reports. TREND ARROWS • The tiles in Dashboard, Portfolio and Measures show what changed over the last 30 days. A click shows what’s behind the number. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AND FIXES • For example: tapping the rating, due date or status in the detail view takes you straight to editing, and the risk matrix can now be reordered and trimmed like the dashboard. Plus many smaller fixes to layout, controls and translations. If your team works with a shared database file, please update all devices to 2.13 – older versions don't know about links yet.

THE REPORT THAT ANSWERS THE QUESTION OF EVERY MEETING • New: the period report. Two dates – or “Last month”, “Last quarter”, “Last year” – and seven pages are there: a cover with the table of contents, then six numbered sections: management summary, critical and high risks, development, distribution with the matrix, movements and measures. Landscape or portrait. • Every section carries its charts and a text of its own. The page “Critical and high risks” names, per risk, the score then → now, open and overdue measures and the budget – and highlights what has neither an open measure nor a target. THE TEXTS ARE WRITTEN BY THE MODEL ON YOUR DEVICE • Apple’s language model writes the section texts – on your device, offline, without an account and without a key. Nothing leaves the device, not even in a database shared via iCloud. • The text is a draft: you read it, change it in the field and apply it. Only then does it appear in the report, with a footnote about its origin and time – nothing is printed without you. “More/Less detail” fetch another version. FINDINGS: THE APP COMPUTES, THE MODEL INTERPRETS • A language model must not do arithmetic in a risk report – and if you only give it the figures from the charts, you get the charts again, in words. So the app computes: the comparison with the period before, how much of the change falls into the last third, jumps across two priority levels, critical risks that have not moved and carry no measure, throughput and age of the backlog plus the person carrying it, the coverage with measures today against the start, concentration, the hotspot category and review debt. • They are visible in the sheet, sorted by importance, and are the basis of every draft; the more findings a section has, the more room its text gets. “Insert findings” takes them over without any model at all. • One press is enough: “Texts from N findings” writes all six sections into the report. • And the report also goes out as a Word document or a slide deck – not a PDF in disguise: in Word every section is a heading with its own page and the figures sit in tables. In PowerPoint every chart is an editable shape; the full text lives in the speaker notes. IF YOU WANT A DIFFERENT PROVIDER • Optionally you can connect a provider: OpenAI, Anthropic, an OpenAI-compatible service or your own server running LM Studio or Ollama. Address and common models are prefilled; the key lives in this device’s keychain – not in the database and not in iCloud. • The switch lists which data leave the device and asks again when you turn it on; in print the footnote then names the model and the host. Without connecting anything, doing it by hand works too: “Copy analysis” – “Paste answer”. HANDLING • The first start no longer asks for an account and a password, but for a name. Accounts and sign-in can be switched on in Settings when you need them; one button fills an empty database with a sample project that a single “Undo” removes. • New: the “Due” section – reviews and measures in four trays (overdue, today, this week, later), with the same actions as the register. • Undo and redo across 20 steps, a bulk change counting as one (⌘Z / ⇧⌘Z, on the iPhone in the menu). Plus a command palette with ⌘K: risks, sections, actions and “Recent” – on iPhone and iPad also without a keyboard. • Dashboard, portfolio and risk history can be reordered and thinned out; every card leads into exactly the risks it counts. The total risk budget now also stands in the portfolio, there broken down per project. The register search understands attributes and reaches into comments and measures. CHANGED • The keyboard shortcuts now follow the sidebar: ⌘1 dashboard, ⌘2 “Due”, ⌘3 portfolio, ⌘4 register, ⌘5 matrix, ⌘6 history, ⌘7 measures, ⌘8 reports. If you have ⌘2 in your fingers as “register”, you will find it at ⌘4. • In dark mode the app shows a dark icon. “Forest”, “Police” and “Fire service” gained a second shade for more contrast.

POWERPOINT: REAL SLIDES INSTEAD OF SCREENSHOTS • Every chart is drawn, not photographed: bars, lines, columns, the risk matrix with its arrows and the project matrix with its bubbles are built from PowerPoint shapes. You can select them, move them, recolour them, and they stay sharp at any zoom; the text in them is searchable. Before, most charts were embedded images. • Readable from across the room: charts sit in framed cards with a grid and a labelled value axis, the tiles and cards carry the same symbols as the app, and every arrow in both matrices is labelled with its risk number. The “Top risks” page now shows 20 risks instead of 12. MORE IN THE REPORT • Two new distributions: the dashboard shows how the risks spread across risk proximity and across risk response – both cards travel into the management report. “Not specified” is always shown, so the sum matches your actual stock. • The total risk budget in three figures: gross, today and target side by side – where you would stand without any measures, where you stand, where you want to be. • The top risks get a page and a slide of their own, the measures figures (open, overdue, development, share per owner) now appear in the management report as well, and the trend of selected risks shows four panels instead of one: score and risk cost, each as a sum and as an average. • The reports page is reordered: reports first, then templates, then the options. SYSTEM SEARCH (OPTIONAL) • Find risks from the device's search: a switch in the settings makes your risks findable through Spotlight or the search field; a hit opens that risk in the register. Off by default – only the identifier, title, category, status and project name go into the index, not the description, action plan, comments or documents. • And gone again when you say so: switching it off deletes the existing index at once. The same applies with an encrypted database, the biometric lock switched on, and while signed out – nothing is indexed in those cases, and the settings name the reason. The entries stay on the device. APPEARANCE • A fourteenth theme and five darker variants: “Deep Blue Ocean” (deep blue, deep green, sand) joins the list, and its light variant is deliberately much darker than the others – you can tell in broad daylight that this is a quiet one. For the same reason Dark Knight, Fire service, Police and Forest have been pulled down as well. Readability sets the limit: the text stays black and keeps the tested minimum everywhere. FIXED • On Mac and iPad the divider between list and detail column now always halves – the area beside the sidebar when it is shown, the whole width when it is not. Before, every switch in the sidebar threw it into a position where the detail column clung to its minimum width. • Switching language: several places kept the old one – sheets and popovers, every text with a number inserted into it, and the generated reports, which followed the language the app was started in. Everything follows the language you set now. • Counted texts use the right form: “1 risk” instead of “1 risks”, in all three languages and also where a second value appears in the sentence. • The login screens did not carry the tint of the chosen theme, the title of a matrix popover stayed German, and the legend of the activity chart was untranslated. • PowerPoint: on the matrix slide the list by priority ran off the bottom; the measures part showed technical keys instead of headings; numbers beside the bars wrapped; and the peak value of a curve disappeared underneath it.

LINKING DOCUMENTS • Where the results are: for every risk (“Documents for this risk”) and every measure (“Evidence”) you record a label and an address – the project file share, an intranet page, a ticket. One click opens it in the app responsible. Only the address is stored, never the file: the database stays small and your documents stay where your team maintains them anyway. • Clean entries only, all the way into the report: the field accepts web addresses and network shares (https, http, smb, afp, ftps, sftp) and turns a Windows path into an SMB address. The evidence appears as a column of its own in the measures report, the documents as an optional column in the register – and in Excel both travel along, on import too. MEASURES AS A WORK LIST • Numbers first: select “Measures” in the sidebar and you get an overview – on Mac and iPad beside the list, on iPhone via the “Overview” button: open, overdue, closed, total, plus the development over time and the share per owner. Under “Open” and “Overdue” you see how many of them belong to risks with critical or high priority. The measures report carries those numbers as its first page. • Filter until only your own is left: by owner – the names come from the measures you have recorded – and by the priority of the risk. “Overdue” plus “Critical or high” plus your name answers “what is burning on my desk?” in three moves. REPORTS • Templates: report kind, sections, columns, filter and period get a name – “Monthly report for the board” is then a single click. Every template is applied before it produces anything. Templates live in the database and apply to everyone; “last 30 days” shows the last month every month. • Filtering reports: priority, status, category, due date, “review due” and the period apply to every report in the section – and a filtered report says in its header that it is filtered. • Tidied up: every report has the same row with “Preview” and its formats, its own options sit with it, and whatever applies to all of them sits at the top in a “Report options” card. On iPhone and iPad the buttons are no longer oversized. APPEARANCE • Thirteen themes: under “Settings → Theme” you choose the shade in which the app draws its surfaces – from quietly tinted to high contrast, each with its own variant for light and dark and every surface checked for readability. Every view and window shares the same surfaces. Plus three new accent colors (Orange, Red, Gold); priority and status keep their colors, in the reports as well. FIXED • iCloud: devices showed permanently different contents – something deleted could reappear through a device that never received the deletion, and a rename or a password reset could be reverted by a device with an outdated state. Deletions now travel with a timestamp, and the newer version wins. • iCloud: changes from other devices often took minutes to show up on the Mac – or only once you switched windows; anything made during an interruption sat there until a restart. The app now fetches by itself. • Excel import: a workbook from another database overwrote existing risks; fields and the project assignment were lost as well. • One broken entry no longer costs the whole collection: if an entry was unreadable, everything after it was missing. The rest is read now, and the file is backed up first. And switching language works everywhere – window titles, menus and the “All” option used to stay German. • iPhone: a risk’s detail view, the measures filter row and its heading were clipped at the sides; and tapping a cell of the risk matrix showed no risks. • Mac: empty text fields in the risk form were impossible to spot and the “Owner” field beeped after the first letter; the window started out tiny, Settings opened at the bottom, and the divider started on the right instead of centred. • A measure's evidence now appears in the change history, and the measures list builds in a fraction of the time.

ASSESSING RISKS MORE PRECISELY • Risk proximity: record how urgent a risk is — imminent, short, medium or long term. Two risks with the same score call for action at different speeds if one can happen next week and the other only next year. The register can filter and sort by it, putting the urgent ones first. • Risk response: avoid, reduce, transfer or accept — the decision now sits right next to the mitigation plan, because it governs it. • Gross risk: record the rating without the measures already in place. Only then can you evidence what your work achieved: the detail view names the reduction (“lowered from gross 20 to 12”). • Inherent, current and target in one bar: the three ratings sit side by side — in the form as well as in the detail view — each with its score. You pick the one you want to change or see in detail; the other two numbers stay visible, so the comparison follows along. They carry the same labels everywhere (“Without measures”, “Today”, “Aimed for”), and each comes with a short line saying what it stands for. • Rating over time: if a risk has been assessed differently over time, its detail view shows the score as a chart across time, with the priority thresholds for orientation. CLARITY AND COLLABORATION • Several risks on one time axis: the risk timeline has a new chart, “Selected risks over time”. You pick the risks — with the same filters as in the register — and see them develop together: as a sum or an average, by score or by risk cost, over the period you choose. Individual risks can be added as their own line. • Legible movement matrices: in “Current → Target” and “Risk movements”, risks that move the same way are bundled into one arrow (“R-007 +3”, a tap opens the list). Select an arrow and the others step back but stay legible — and what you tap is now the arrow itself, not just its label. • Projects per invited person: in “iCloud & sharing” you set, next to the role, which projects someone sees — all of them or a selection. That provides clarity; iCloud still shares the database itself as a whole. • “New risk” on the Mac as well: the control that starts a new risk without going through the app used to exist on iPhone and iPad only. On the Mac you now find it in Control Center or the menu bar too. • More in the export: the new chart travels along as a page or slide of its own — with named axes and a line stating which risks it covers; in the management report it is the fifth section. The register export and Excel additionally carry risk proximity, risk response and the gross risk; an Excel workbook from an older version does not clear those values on import. FIXED • Opening a risk on iPhone: tapping a risk in the register highlighted the row but did not open the detail view – it now opens. On iPad and Mac the detail view was always visible anyway. • Save now says what is missing: when “Save” was greyed out, the reason stayed unsaid. The form now names the missing mandatory field at the top, and the field itself is marked. • Target score sorted correctly: in the table view on the Mac, the target score sorted like text (10 before 9). It is numeric now. • Cleaning up legacy accounts in iCloud: “Remove user accounts from iCloud” failed with an error instead of deleting what was left behind. Note: Version 2.8 requires iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26. For a database shared via iCloud, everyone involved should update to 2.8: devices on an older version do not know risk proximity, risk response and gross risk, and clear those values when they save.

WORKING TOGETHER – SIMPLER AND SAFER • No second password: anyone invited to an iCloud database now works with their Apple account. A user account in the shared database is no longer needed, and there are no credentials to hand over. Until now this often ended in a dead end: the invited person accepted, was signed out — and without an account could not get in. • No sign-in on your own devices: pick the same iCloud database on a second Mac, iPad or iPhone and you carry straight on. Your Apple account identifies you — no database password is needed there any more. Until now you landed on the sign-in screen, and on a device that had never loaded this database even in first-time setup. • Roles instead of accounts: in “iCloud & sharing” you give each person a role — Administrator, Contributor or View only — and change it at any time. Until a role is assigned the person can read, and the app tells them so instead of leaving them in front of an apparently broken app. • Sharing in three clear steps: the page spells out the whole sequence — invite, deliver the invitation, assign the role — each with its consequence, not just the instruction. • Revoke access in one move: “Revoke access” in the participant list removes the person from the share and their role. A later re-invitation therefore does not quietly restore their old rights. SECURITY • Passwords no longer leave for iCloud: until now every invited person had to receive the database's user accounts including the stored password verifiers — technically necessary for the sign-in to work. That is gone entirely, because there is no sign-in any more. • Clean up what was left behind: for databases shared before this version, “Remove user accounts from iCloud …” deletes the accounts transferred earlier. The prompt states the consequence for devices still running an older version first. FIXED • Complete data on every device: when one device showed fewer risks than the others, waiting was the only option. The app now detects an incomplete state itself, and “Reload everything” fetches the database from iCloud in full on demand. • Reliable fetch at launch: if the first connection to iCloud failed — because the network was not ready yet, for instance — nothing was said. The attempt is now retried and a failure reported. • Risks stay visible: in shared databases, risks could be missing for a while as long as their projects had not been transferred yet. • A calmer sharing page: the button no longer changes its label while the page loads. Note: Version 2.7 requires iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26.

SECURITY AND SHARING • Sharing is now limited to invited people: you share an iCloud database via “Invite people …” in the system's sharing window — by iCloud address, with “view only” or “can make changes” per person. Until now, holding the share link was enough for full access, so a forwarded link would have opened the entire database, user accounts included, to a stranger. • See who has access — and revoke it there: “iCloud & sharing” lists everyone involved with their name, permission and invitation status, with a “Revoke access” button per person. Existing shares are left untouched; a notice offers “Disable link access …”. • Clear notice for view-only access: if you received a database for viewing only, the app says so permanently at the top of the window. Until now the upload failed silently — an afternoon's work would have stayed on your own device. • Complete backup, optionally encrypted: a backup now covers the entire database — including user accounts, change history, comments, risk budget, review cycle and report branding. Until now those were lost on restore. “Back up encrypted …” protects the file with a passphrase (AES-GCM); on import the app detects that itself. • Check passwords as you type: in every password and passphrase field, the eye icon reveals what you entered. With an encryption passphrase, a typo is otherwise final. NAVIGATION AND HANDLING • Jump straight to a risk: “Go to risk” (⌘⇧O) finds a risk from anywhere — by number (“R-042” or “42”) or a word from its title. • Keyboard shortcuts: ⌘1 through ⌘5 switch straight to Dashboard, Portfolio, Register, Matrix and Timeline. • Always see what you are filtering by: when a project is selected, a banner says so — “Clear filter” takes you back to all projects. Especially helpful on iPhone. • Optional counter for due reviews: if you like, the sidebar shows how many risks are due for review; clicking it opens the register filtered accordingly. Enable it in Settings under “Reminders”. • Tidied-up administration: accounts, storage location, encryption, backup and iCloud are now gathered under “Manage database”. Settings keeps the sync status — now visible to every user. • Join a shared database from the sign-in screen: if you received a share link, “Join a shared database …” takes you straight in, with no local account needed first. FIXED • Sharing explained in three steps: the page now spells out the whole sequence — invite, deliver the invitation, hand over the credentials of an account in this database. The third step is the one most often forgotten, and it only surfaces for the invited person, who then cannot sign in. • A second device now joins the same iCloud database: “Use existing iCloud data” takes you to a list to pick from instead of creating a new, empty database — until now a second device could not find the first one's database, and nobody could sign in there. The list also shows iCloud databases created earlier. • Signing in to a shared database: the admin password is checked reliably even when the database has several administrators. And while the accounts are still loading from iCloud, the sign-in screen says so instead of offering first-time setup. • A more responsive sharing page: dialogs in “iCloud & sharing” now react to the first tap. TECHNICAL • Improved accessibility: every new control is fully usable with VoiceOver and clearly labelled. • Ready for iOS 26 and iOS 27: built with the current developer tools and verified on iOS 27 / iPadOS 27 as well as macOS. Note: Version 2.6 requires iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26.

• Shared database via iCloud (Beta): Optionally switch a database to iCloud — it then syncs across your devices. With a share link, several iCloud users can collaborate on the same database. Each database syncs into its own iCloud area (the contents of different databases never mix); when uploading you give the database a name so several cloud databases stay distinguishable. You can reconnect to an existing cloud database (e.g. on another device) and delete ones you no longer need. The existing local-file mode stays unchanged; the switch is per database and can be reverted at any time. • Comprehensive accessibility: VoiceOver reads register rows as a whole and offers direct actions; charts have an audio graph and the risk matrix is labeled. Key figures honor Dynamic Type, priorities are recognizable without color via symbols, and contrast has been improved. • Tidier exporting: A single “Export” menu per view — including the management report (dashboard), the audit log (timeline) and the Excel export (register) as grouped submenus. • Risk register as a table (Mac): a multi-column layout with sortable column headers, more compact column widths and a new “Risk cost” column. • Portfolio “No project”: tapping the “No project” tile now scopes the register to just the risks without a project — instead of showing all risks. This filter is also available directly in the sidebar’s project picker. • Clearer database-switch hint: switching to another or an iCloud-shared database signs you out; you then sign in with an account from exactly that database. • More reliable interaction and various refinements (including clean column alignment in the PDF and saving directly in the correct file format). Note: Version 2.5 requires iOS 26, iPadOS 26 or macOS 26. The iCloud mode requires an active iCloud account.

• Trash: Deleted risks now go to the Trash instead of being lost right away. From there you can restore them or delete them permanently — or clear everything at once with “Empty trash”. The Trash is synchronized across all your devices. • Native text formatting: Description, mitigation plan and the other free-text fields use a real text editor — now with strikethrough and inline code too (alongside bold, italic and bullet lists), freely combinable. • Company branding for reports: Your logo, company name and a footer note appear on every PDF page and PowerPoint slide. With no custom logo, the app icon is used as a fallback. Set up by the administrator in Settings. • Tailored reports: For the management report, use “Choose sections” to pick which parts are included (summary, risk matrix, Current → Target, timeline); for the register export, use “Columns” to choose which fields are exported. • Modernized for iOS 26 and macOS 26: the latest system design and up-to-date technology under the hood. • Various refinements and bug fixes. • Portfolio report: From the Portfolio view, create a cross-project report as PDF or PowerPoint — with the key metrics and clear charts (budget and priority per project, status and category distribution, trend of active risks) plus a per-project table. The form opens pre-filled and can be adjusted. • Review cycle & re-review: Set a review cycle per risk (default, every 30/90/180 days or yearly). A “Next review” date in the detail view, a “Due for review only” filter in the register, a “Review due” dashboard card and optional review reminders keep upcoming reviews on your radar. • New management report: now four pages, as a PDF or an editable PowerPoint — with a summary (including priority and status distribution), the risk matrix, “Current → Target” and the risk timeline. • Audit log as Excel: export the change history as Excel too — with filter and sort buttons on every column (CSV and PDF are still available). • Risk matrix export: in addition to the matrix, a “Current → Target” page/slide showing the move from current to target value. • Dated filenames: every export starts with the export date (year-month-day), so archived files sort chronologically by name. • Various refinements and bug fixes.

• Due-date reminders: Get reminded in time about open risks that have a due date. Enable it in Settings, with a configurable lead time (on the due date, or 1 day, 3 days or 1 week before). • Home-screen widget: Keep your risks in view — the small widget shows the key figures (open and critical risks, total risk budget), the medium one also the next upcoming due risks. Available on iPhone, iPad and Mac (Notification Center / desktop). • Siri and Shortcuts: “Create a new risk” and “Show due risks” — right from the Shortcuts app or by voice. • Various refinements and bug fixes (including fully localized sign-in messages).

• Now on iPhone, too: Risky Business now runs universally on Mac, iPad and iPhone. On iPhone the layout adapts to a compact view (wide graphics such as the risk matrix scroll horizontally) and rotates with the device. • Multiple administrators: In addition to the primary admin you can create more administrators, or promote/demote existing users. Additional admins sign in with a username and password; the primary account and the last remaining admin are protected. • Risk budget: Map each probability to a percentage and each impact to a monetary value (like Scrum T-shirt sizes). The risk budget (expected value) is calculated automatically per risk and shown in the form, the detail view and as a chip in the register. The dashboard shows the total risk budget across all active risks. The administrator configures the mapping via the menu or the € icon in the sidebar. • Comments per risk: Leave notes/comments right on a risk — with author and timestamp, separate from the automatic change history and synced across all devices. • Excel export & import: Export risks as a real Excel file (.xlsx) and import them back. On import, existing risks (matched by ID/number) are updated and new ones are added — nothing is deleted. The exported sheet is neatly formatted and offers handy dropdown lists in the columns with fixed values (category, probability, impact, status, target values). • A more consistent design for the risk matrices plus numerous refinements and bug fixes.

• Biometric app lock: Optional protection via Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode – the app locks on launch and after returning from the background. Enable it in Settings under "Security". • Target value per risk: Set the residual risk you aim for (probability and impact). New: the "Current → Target" view in the risk matrix draws arrows from the current value to the target, and the dashboard summarizes target achievement as a key figure. • Effectiveness of measures: A new field to record how effective the chosen measures are. • Management report: A one-page executive summary as PDF (key figures, risks by category, trend, top risks) – right from the dashboard. • Audit-log export: Export the complete change history as CSV or a multi-page PDF – from the risk timeline. • Editable creator: The "Opened by" field can now be changed — handy for filling in missing creators after importing a database.
