The department's records room was turning requests away and the app was ignoring the refusal. Files now arrive as they should. FIXED - A SHOP THAT SOMETIMES OPENED EMPTY The Detective's Kit could show no products at all if the App Store was slow to answer on a cold start. It now asks a second time before giving up. NEW - THE APP TELLS YOU WHEN THE LINE IS DOWN If new files cannot reach your phone, a dispatch slip says so, and says plainly that everything already on your desk still works. Where a retry can help, there is a button for it. FIXED - THE SHIFT PICKER ON THE ROSTER The hour you were choosing was hard to read against the paper, and the question above it was cut off mid-word. Both are fixed, and the control is now drawn in the department's own hand. FIXED - RATE LAST SEEN, IN SETTINGS Tapping it could do nothing at all. It now opens the App Store where you can actually leave one.

NEW - THE DUTY ROSTER Tell the department the hour you are usually free and it will write to you then, instead of guessing. Never on a day you have already been in, and you can change or cancel it any time in Settings. FIXED - A CRASH ON THE BRIEFING SCREEN Tapping to skip the typing could close the app. It no longer does. This was behind every crash report we had. FIXED - THE KIT STAYED OPEN AFTER A PURCHASE Buying something left you looking at the screen that had just asked you to buy it. It now closes, and the confirmation shows where it should have been all along. FIXED - CASES THAT WOULD NOT ARRIVE One file failing to download stopped every file after it from arriving. Each one now comes down on its own.
