Earn your screen time
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
Unhook helps you spend less time scrolling and more time doing what you actually want to do.
Instead of completely giving up your favorite apps, Unhook lets you earn your screen time.
Focus, earn coins, then use those coins to unlock the apps you choose.
How it works:
• Choose the apps you want to limit
• Start a focus session and stay off distracting apps
• Earn coins for your time away
• Spend your coins when you want some screen time
Unhook also includes simple app blocking tools to help you stay focused when you need to get things done.
No complicated systems. No deleting your favorite apps. Just a simple trade: spend less time on your phone, earn your scroll.
Take back your time with Unhook.
# PRIVATE & SECURE
Unhook uses Apple’s Screen Time API; all monitoring and blocking run *entirely* on your device. Your browsing data never leaves your phone.
*All features described above require a subscription.*
