Run your seva kitchen's day: orders from several phones at once, a live board for every station, pickup, stock and reports. Built for counter, kitchen and pickup.
Seva Kitchen runs your community kitchen's whole day.
The counter takes orders in seconds, on several phones at once: every item shows how many plates are left, and the last plate is sold only once. Every station screen shows each order in full, line by line under its station, and strikes a line through once it is collected. Pickup hands an order over station by station with one tap. The customer scans a QR code and follows their own order on their phone: "Being prepared", "Partly collected", "Picked up". No app install, no phone number needed.
One day, kept in one place. Every phone shows the same orders, stock and totals, and a phone that slept or was reloaded picks the day up where it is. An internet connection is required.
- Order entry with live stock counts: two phones cannot sell the same last plate
- Live station boards and a Pickup screen (Counter / Stations / Pickup / Admin roles)
- An order can be changed or cancelled until its first part is picked up
- The admin runs the day: morning setup, restock, waste, sold-out, close
- Customer QR tracking: Being prepared, Partly collected, Picked up
- Paid or To be paid on every order, with what is still owed in the day's totals
- Daily reports: sales, sell-through, busiest time, time to pickup, plus all-time totals
- Staff sign-in with name + PIN; admins add or disable staff instantly
