• New "Help me shop" mode on the Home tab: pick from your usual items or browse by category, adjust quantities on the spot and add several products in a row. • Each product card now shows how many are already in your basket, and large pictures load as you scroll. • Home now clearly shows whether you are seeing delivery or collection prices. • Credit notes can be applied at checkout where your account allows it. • Once an order is accepted, the Edit / Cancel buttons disappear right away.

• Tap any gift level to see which gifts it offers, even before you reach it. • The basket now tells you how much more to spend to unlock the next level of gifts.

• Share invitations and track each friend's progress toward rewards. • Gift choices now show their value clearly in the basket. • Send product cards and photos in customer chat more reliably. • Products without a confirmed price stay locked instead of showing £0.00.

Free gifts now come in tiers: • The more you spend, the better the gift you can pick. Your basket and checkout show which tier you have reached and how much more to spend for a better one. • If your order total changes, we tell you to pick again instead of letting you order the wrong gift. • You can now see the gift after ordering: your order details, the confirmation page, your order history and your invoice all mark it as a free gift. • If a gift is out of stock we say clearly that we will send it later, so you do not lose it. • Everything is in English and Chinese, so the English app no longer mixes in Chinese text. We also fixed market-price items (fresh produce weighed at the counter) not showing their price range in the basket, and made the unit wording consistent in both languages.

Market-priced items — fresh fish and live seafood — can now be ordered in the app. • Order by the piece and see a guide price before you commit, such as "about £18–£30 each", with the per-catty range shown underneath • Your order total stays a range until the shop weighs the goods, so you never see a made-up figure presented as final • We notify you the moment your order has been priced, and you get a short window to cancel if the weight isn't what you expected • If an item has no price for the day, the app says so next to the button instead of leaving you to guess • Orders containing market-priced items go on your account rather than being paid at checkout

• Choose a free gift in your basket when your order qualifies, or clearly continue without one. • Request help recovering your account directly from the sign-in screen. • Checkout now explains exactly when each payment method is collected. • Unavailable items are clearly identified and can be removed before checkout. • Update reminders make it easier to install the latest App Store version.

• Simplified sign-up and account activation, with clearer contact and setup guidance. • Account access now refreshes automatically after customer activation. • The cart explains why an item cannot be ordered and shows active invite rewards more clearly. • Improved registration details and payment reliability.

Inviting a friend now works with a QR code: you get both the code and a scannable QR, so a friend can scan it face to face or you can read the code out over the phone. The link you share now carries your code, so they see it straight away instead of digging through the chat. Also fixed: the order detail page could go blank if a pull-to-refresh failed, and some Add to basket buttons in Saved products showed an error when tapped.

• Trade prices are now shown to trade account holders only. Sign in and, once your account is open, every price, tier discount and offer is there as before. • Not set up yet? Tap "Get prices switched on" and answer two or three questions — shop name, address, phone — and we'll open your account. No phone call, no forms to print. • Ordered with us before? The same wizard links your existing trade account, so your past orders, invoices and credit limit come with it. • Shop staff can now sign in and look up prices, including barcode price checks — orders still go through the till. • Fixes: the account page no longer nags you to apply once your account is already open.

• "You save" in the basket now counts only that product's own discount — whole-order offers are no longer spread across every line. Items that weren't even in the promotion used to look discounted, and no line's unit price added up. • Collection sale prices now show the original price struck through and how much you save, matching the product page. • Order details name the promotion that reduced the total, and subtotal / promotion / total now add up. • "Buy again" cards show the date you last bought each item, and the full page has a search box — no more scrolling through dozens of regulars. • Deals: tap a promotion poster to view it full size, tier prices are shown per delivery method, and scrolling no longer stalls halfway.

Fixed: after updating, the app could open normally but stop responding to taps. If you have been stuck on that, this update clears it. Promotions now apply automatically in your basket. • Buy the qualifying cases and the discount comes off your order total on the spot — no code to enter. • Free gifts are added to the basket for you and clearly marked, so you can see exactly what you are getting. • If an offer has not applied yet, the basket tells you what is still missing instead of leaving you guessing. • Spend-based savings are worked out on the goods you ordered, so the amounts always add up.

• Points and membership: your account now shows a full points history, with every entry traceable to the invoice behind it, plus a clear view of your tier benefits • Orders now tell you when your goods arrive: both the order confirmation and the order details show your delivery date or collection slot • Promo codes now answer back: enter one and you'll see straight away whether it applied and how much came off • A better support chat: react with emoji, quote a message you're replying to, and a tidier input bar • Fixes that matter at checkout: no more duplicate orders when the network stalls, favourites no longer disappear, your basket survives signing in, and product images load faster Thank you for using Fuyonghang. Our in-app support team is always here to help.

• On first open, choose English or Chinese — we'll remember it • A new illustrated walkthrough: finding products, ordering, and collecting, step by step • New "How to use this app" under Account — 32 illustrated topics, plus a direct line to support • Question marks next to tiered pricing, minimum order, delivery dates, credit and collection codes — tap for a plain explanation

New customers now get money off their first order. You'll see the discount in your basket and again at checkout, before you confirm — the amount you're shown is the amount you pay. Your basket also tells you how much more to add to qualify for the offer. The Account page now shows which version of the app you're on, and lets you know when an update is available.

• The Deals page now shows every offer — some were previously missing. • Buy again straight from your order list, without opening the order first. • Orders being processed can now be cancelled directly, instead of going through "Edit order". • Clearer, easier-to-read text throughout, and fixes to screens where content sat under the status bar. • Better battery life — the app no longer keeps refreshing in the background.

Collecting in store is now a lot quicker. • Every collection order carries a collection code. Show it at the counter and your whole order loads onto the till in one scan — no more reading out order numbers. • Picking up several orders at once? Show each code in turn and they are combined into a single payment. • Can't scan it? The order number is printed right under the code, so staff can still pull your order up straight away.

• Today's delivery details now appear as soon as you open your account — no need to close and reopen the app. • Orders you place in the app are now recognised as app orders, so app-only offers can be applied to them.

• Choose your delivery date at checkout. Order by 10am on the day you want it — no more guessing when your order will arrive. • See more before you order. Product pages now show the full product description and every photo we have — swipe through the images, or tap any one to view it full screen. • Talk to us without signing in. Customer support is now available straight from the app, whether or not you have an account — ask about opening an account, delivery areas or a product before you commit. • Better delivery tracking. See your position on the driver's round as soon as it's scheduled, not just once the van sets off, and follow the actual road route on the map. • Faster, more accurate support: when you're browsing a product, our team can see what you're looking at and help straight away.

Collection orders can now include a pickup time. • Choose the day and time slot you'd like to collect your order — from the cart or at checkout. • Your order method (delivery or collection) is now shown in the cart, so the prices always match what you're ordering. • Orders collected in store now show your in-store receipt, including what you paid and how. • Orders that are ready now say "Ready for collection" instead of "Processing".

Pickup pricing and cart improvements. • Store pickup now always shows the promotional price when an item is on offer. Previously some screens — product search, the home page and "customers also bought" — fell back to the standard counter price. • No minimum order value for store pickup. The minimum only applies to deliveries, so you can now collect small orders from the store. • Cart items show clearer product information: photo, pack size and unit, plus both the Chinese and English product names — matching the rest of the app. • Volume (tier) prices now appear in product search results.

What's new in 1.1 • Home rebuilt around what you actually need to order. It now opens with "Time to restock" — the lines that are due based on how often you usually order them — and you can top all of them up in one tap. • New recommendations: lines often bought alongside yours, what's trending, new arrivals, and things you used to order but haven't in a while. • Track Delivery now shows the driver's contact number, so you can reach them while your order is on its way. • Download any invoice as a PDF straight from the order details screen. • The category sidebar now shows how many lines from each category are already in your basket. • Promotional notifications can be turned off on their own — order, delivery and statement alerts are unaffected. • Fixed a duplicated unit label on order and invoice lines.
