Tell it once, ask later in your own words. New: a calendar that reaches any month, overdue tasks that wait for you, and reminders that follow a task when you move it.
Tell it once. Ask later in your own words.
Ruema is the app that remembers for you. Tap the orb, say the thing you will forget, and it is kept. Days later, ask in plain language and Ruema finds it. No folders, no tags, no filing. Built for ADHD brains and anyone carrying too much in their head.
HOW IT WORKS
Tap the orb and speak. Ruema transcribes on your device, gives the thought a title, and files it for you. Where the spare key is. What the dentist said. The gift idea you had in the car. Ask later: "Where did I put the key?" and the answer rises to meet you, with how sure Ruema is and when you told it.
THE ARK
Anything sensitive can live behind Face ID or your passcode. Ruema notices when something sounds private and offers to lock it. Asking about it later means proving it is you first.
TODAY
A planner that stays out of your way. Add a task in one line, drop it on any day, and move it with a swipe when life changes. Jump to any month or year, then come straight back with one tap. Anything unfinished from past days waits at the top of Today so nothing slips away. Finished things are kept in the Harvest, by the day you did them.
THE WATCHMAN
Set a reminder on any task. When you move the task, the reminder moves with it. When you finish, it goes quiet.
INVISIBLE BURDEN
A place for thoughts with no day attached. Drop what is on your mind, then drag it onto a day when it becomes a plan.
KAIROS
A focus timer inside every task. Pick your minutes, stay with it, and finish strong, even if you switch apps.
THE VAULT
Your passwords, stored in the Apple Keychain and opened with Face ID or your passcode. Ruema never sees them.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Transcription happens on your iPhone. Memories sync through your private iCloud. No ads, no tracking, no account to create. When you use AI recall, only the handful of memories most relevant to your question are sent to Ruema's server to compose an answer, and nothing is kept there.
FREE AND PLUS
Free includes voice capture for up to 50 memories, 10 AI recalls a month, on-device search, the Ark, 10 active tasks, 5 categories, 3 reminders, Invisible Burden, Kairos, the Harvest, Numbers, and iCloud sync.
Ruema Plus removes every ceiling: unlimited memories, unlimited AI recall, unlimited tasks, categories and reminders, plus the Vault. Ruema Plus is $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, with a 7 day free trial on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings.

I’ve tried dozens of note and productivity apps, and Ruema is the first one that actually remembers things the way my brain works. The killer feature is AI Recall. I don’t have to remember the exact words I used when I saved something. I can ask a question naturally like, “Where did I park?” or “What’s the Wi-Fi password at my parents’ house?” and it finds it instantly. The voice orb has become something I use every day. If I suddenly remember a name, a password, where I parked, or a random thought while walking or driving, I tap once, speak, and move on. No typing, no organizing.I also love the Invisible Burden feature. Instead of trying to schedule every thought, I can dump everything that’s on my mind into one place and organize it later if it actually becomes a task. It’s surprisingly freeing. The built-in planner is simple without being overwhelming, and knowing sensitive memories can be locked behind Face ID gives me confidence to save things I normally wouldn’t.Ruema isn’t trying to be another notes app. It feels like an external brain that actually understands how you think. I subscribed after a few days because it quickly became one of those apps I rely on every single day.Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Not Just Another Notes App

I didn’t expect to subscribe, but after using Ruema for a few days I realized I was opening it constantly. The voice orb is ridiculously fast. I use it to remember names, where I parked, passwords, gift ideas, things my wife asks me to do, and random thoughts that would normally disappear in seconds. What impressed me most is the AI recall. I don’t have to remember the exact words I used when I saved something. I just ask naturally, and it finds what I meant. That’s something I haven’t experienced in any other app.The Invisible Burden feature is also brilliant. Instead of cluttering my planner with thoughts that aren’t tasks yet, I can unload them and come back later. It genuinely makes my mind feel less cluttered. The developers clearly thought through everyday problems instead of just adding features. Ruema has become the app I trust to remember what I don’t want to lose. Definitely worth the subscription.
Ruema 1.5 is the biggest update yet.
CALENDAR, ANY DAY
The day strip now reaches as far as you need, and a new month view lets you jump to any month or year. A Today button brings you straight back.
NOTHING SLIPS AWAY
Unfinished tasks from past days now wait at the top of Today, with one tap to move them all forward.
MIDNIGHT IS YOUR MIDNIGHT
Days now turn over at your local midnight wherever you are, and your tasks stay on the day you meant when you travel or change time zones.
MOVE WITH A SWIPE
Swipe a task right to push it a day or pick a date. Hold a task for Today, Tomorrow, Next week, or any day. Every move and every delete has Undo.
REMINDERS THAT FOLLOW
When you move a task, its reminder moves with it. When you finish or forget a task, the reminder goes quiet.
A CLEANER RUEMA
Every screen refined. Clearer type, better spacing, larger tap targets, and copy buttons in the Vault.
KAIROS KEEPS TIME
The focus timer now tracks the real clock, so switching apps never makes it drift, and it can tell you when time is up.
SETTINGS
A new Settings screen with notification status, privacy policy, and support.
MORE FOR EVERYONE
Kairos, the focus timer, is now available to everyone. Recall now refreshes every month.
PURCHASES
Clearer messages when a purchase is pending or does not go through, and a retry when plans fail to load.
ACCESSIBILITY
VoiceOver labels on the main controls, Dynamic Type on the text you read most, larger tap targets, and a wrapping layout for task details.
And many small fixes. Thank you for remembering with Ruema.
