Build a fasting routine with a little sky by your side. Fasting brings together a playful timer, personal history, and an optional faith calendar.
A SKY THAT MOVES WITH YOU
Meet an animated sun and moon with expressive faces. Drag around the orbit to explore day and night, then watch it return to the present. Your fasting timer keeps its real start time. Choose a city for estimated local sunrise and sunset, or optionally use your current location. The moon shows its date-based phase and illumination.
YOUR CALENDAR, YOUR CHOICE
Onboarding asks whether you want a faith-based fasting calendar. Choose one faith or skip it. Only your selected faith appears in calendar dates and reminders. Change it or turn it off anytime in Settings.
• Christian: Western Ash Wednesday and Good Friday dates, plus locally entered church observances. Orthodox and personal practices use your church's dates.
• Jewish: Yom Kippur, Tisha B'Av, the Fast of Esther, the 17th of Tammuz, the Fast of Gedaliah, and the 10th of Tevet.
• Hindu: automatic Ekadashi date estimates for your selected city and tradition, with local date adjustments and optional confirmed Parana reminders.
• Muslim: Ramadan planning with locally reviewed dates and times.
Practices and exemptions vary. Confirm dates and fasting times with your trusted local source. Reminders never start or end a fast automatically. Faith choices and observance records stay on your device.
A ROUTINE THAT FITS YOUR DAY
Choose a fasting window, start when you are ready, and review your timer, history, mood reflections, weight, and weekly insights. Cancel accidental starts without adding a completed fast. Apple Health access for weight is optional.
Create a custom fasting plan with a label and exact start and end dates and times. Use one fasting type for every day or choose each day separately. Plan reminders cover the evening before, daily fasting starts, and meal windows.
The 13:11 window, core timer and history, sky companion, and optional faith calendars are free. Fasting Premium unlocks the other fasting windows, OMAD guidance, and custom-duration goals.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Read and explicitly acknowledge the health disclaimer during onboarding. Find the same information and your acknowledgement later in Settings > Health & Safety. Fasting provides general-wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This app is intended for adults 18 and older. Do not use fasting plans if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, underweight, or have a current or past eating disorder. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before fasting, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication. Stop fasting if you feel unwell.
FASTING PREMIUM
Fasting Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. The localized price appears before purchase.
