Your starter finally understands the fridge. Health now follows how you actually keep your starter — weekly fridge feeds are the norm, not neglect — and a starter that's been left alone naps instead of dying. "Did I kill it?" has an honest answer (almost always no) and a three-feed revival plan.
Chef Henri now gives a diagnosis, one fix and a next-bake adjustment — not just a score. The scanner opens the camera, knows your flour type, and never charges a verdict for a photo it couldn't read.
