Added an optional rescue-supply ad after selected stage clears. Watch it to receive 1 Fish, or skip it and continue immediately. It is hidden for players who purchased ad removal. Also includes stability improvements.

Continue a rescue with Fish after running out of hearts. Added a 150 Fish pack, Rescue Starter Pack, permanent interstitial ad removal, and adjusted the daily rewarded-ad limit.
