PricePerUnit: Unit Price
Better Deal in One Hand
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Standing in the aisle with one hand full? Type two prices and sizes and see the cheaper one in green, instantly.
PricePerUnit is built for the moment you're standing in a store aisle with a basket in one hand, trying to figure out which option is actually cheaper.
"2L bottle vs. four 500ml bottles." "Big bag vs. small packs." Just enter the price and quantity for each item, and PricePerUnit instantly shows you which one is the better deal.
Features:
- Enter price and quantity for two items; unit price updates live (per 100g, per 100ml, or per unit)
- The better deal is highlighted in green, with the exact savings shown
- Supports weight (g/kg), volume (ml/L), and count (each/pack) — mismatched units are flagged as "not comparable" to avoid misleading comparisons
- Results update instantly as you type, no button needed
- The keyboard's Next button moves from price to quantity to minimize taps
- Save comparison history: up to 12 entries free, unlimited with Full Access
- Optionally name each item and the store, so you can tell your comparisons apart later
- Share a comparison result as text (e.g. send it to family)
- Full Access: search and filter history by category or store, compare a saved entry again, and export history as CSV
- Currency follows your locale automatically, or choose manually (USD, JPY, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, CNY, KRW)
Great for:
- Shoppers who want to catch the better deal every time
- Anyone torn between bulk and small packs
- Getting a faster, more accurate answer than mental math
Comparison data stays on your device.
