Tap an in-progress card to reopen it right where you left off, with the same tool open • See each day's footage at a glance, and make an "Auto edit" from today's clips • Simplified tabs; the "+" in the middle lets you shoot or import right away Import • Pick from Photos, cameras/SD cards and Files on one screen (split GoPro recordings are joined into one) • Swipe across thumbnails to select many at once • Tap the center of a thumbnail to preview it; swipe down to close • Older videos and iCloud-only videos now appear and play • Already-imported videos are dimmed so you never import twice Auto edit • Choose a length and style (Tempo / Calm / Vlog); silences are trimmed and captions and music are added automatically Editing (Studio) • Bigger preview, labeled tool row, and a one-card first-time guide • 14 color filters, previewed on the current scene, applied to all scenes or just this one • Change text size, color and position while typing, plus "Title", "Subtitle" and "Emphasis" presets • The timeline follows the playhead • Saved versions let you go back to an earlier edit • Deleted scenes and text can be restored with "Undo" for 6 seconds Export and posting • Choose aspect ratio and quality right in the export sheet; one tap starts the export • Close the export sheet and keep editing; apply later changes with "Export again" • Opens Instagram, TikTok and more with your exported video; the caption is copied for you • When you come back after posting, we ask "Did you post it?" and mark it as posted Library and shooting log • Everything you shot is in Materials, grouped by day in the order it was shot • Select many items to make a video, move or delete them • Swipe vertically through the shooting log and trim with the filmstrip WorkPilot on Mac (if you have it) • Ask the AI on your Mac to edit each project by chatting, and receive the result on your phone Bug fixes • Fixed exports with text that could stop partway • Fixed duplicate videos being selected together • Fixed the video list shaking while scrolling Plus various bug fixes and usability improvements.

Home is now split into "in progress" and "finished", so picking up where you left off is easier. Home • "Continue" shows projects in progress; "Finished" is a shelf for completed videos • The project you opened last moves to the front of "Continue" • Card thumbnails now match the first scene of your edit • Long-press a finished video to move it back to "in progress", or share it right from the shelf • "Save draft" now returns you to Home Saving and exporting • "Save" now just keeps your edits, so it finishes instantly • "Finished" is shown only for videos you exported or marked as finished • Switch a project between "In progress" and "Finished" from its menu Editing • Long-press the video in full-screen preview to trim that scene's start and end on the spot • Long-press and drag music tracks left and right; music added with "+" starts at the playhead Shooting • Orientation lock button on the camera screen (Auto / Portrait / Landscape) • Start recording with a shutter remote even from the Home screen Merging projects • Scenes added by merging are inserted into the edit in the order they were shot Bug fixes • Fixed an issue where shooting again could overwrite the previous project • Fixed an issue where reopening a video could show the same frame for every scene • Fixed an issue where removed music came back after reopening Plus various bug fixes and usability improvements.

Instant playback • Redesigned studio playback — preview your edits instantly without waiting for an export • Music and narration play along while you edit • Saving (exporting) keeps going even if you switch to another app Shooting • Choose your aspect ratio: Shorts (vertical 9:16) or YouTube (horizontal 16:9) • Videos shot in landscape or upside down are saved in the correct orientation • Buttons and icons rotate to match how you hold your phone • Start and stop recording right away with the Action button (via Shortcuts) • Bluetooth shutter remotes (e.g. selfie sticks): start/stop recording and flip the camera — button mapping in Settings • Add markers while recording; they show up on the studio timeline so you can find the best moments Organizing projects • Drag a project onto another to merge them, or move scenes between projects • Shooting log: review scenes by day and in the order you shot them, then gather them into a project • Undo for a few seconds after each change • Name your projects and add notes • Cards show “Finished”, “In progress” and “Sent to PC” • Find and import new smart-glasses videos from your Photos library (turn on in Settings) Audio • Give your voice recordings a title (date and time if left empty) Pair with Mac • Sending to your computer now resumes where it left off if interrupted Plus bug fixes and usability improvements.

Editing just got a lot more powerful.
