■ FAQ
Q. Is a single photo really enough?
A. Yes. One clear front-facing photo works. You can register up to three for a more accurate likeness.
Q. Will the dress look like the real thing?
A. Pick a preset dress and we reproduce its design, silhouette, fabric and neckline faithfully.
Q. Do I have to subscribe?
A. No. You can buy credit packs one at a time when you need them, or choose a subscription if you create often.
Q. Can I make couple photos?
A. Yes. Upload both photos and we create a wedding portrait of the two of you together.
Q. Where are my photos saved?
A. They stay in your in-app library for one hour and are then deleted automatically. Save your favorites to your phone gallery before then.
■ Please note
• Photos made with Josephine are AI-generated images. They are not real photographs, and the AI origin is recorded in the file metadata.
• Face profile photos stay on your device. They are used only at the moment a photo is generated and are never stored on our servers.
• Always get consent before using someone else's photo.
