Logic Cubs: Gifted CogAT Prep
Gifted & Talented Test Prep
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Gifted and talented test prep for kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade that feels like play. Logic Cubs prepares 4- to 8-year-olds for the CogAT, OLSAT and NNAT screenings most US school districts use for their gifted programs, through short, colorful puzzles across the same three areas of thinking those tests measure:
• Verbal reasoning — picture analogies, picture classification, and sentence completion
• Nonverbal reasoning — figure matrices, figure classification, and paper folding
• Quantitative reasoning — number analogies, number puzzles, and number series
Built level by level for each grade: CogAT Levels 5/6, 7 and 8; OLSAT Levels A, B and C; NNAT Levels A, B and C. Pick your child's grade and every puzzle, mock test and explanation matches it.
WHY PARENTS LOVE IT
• Made for little learners — every puzzle is a picture and every question is read aloud, so your child never has to read. Gentle, bright, and easy to tap.
• Real skills, not busywork — 4,400+ hand-crafted practice questions across the three grades, adapting to your child's level.
• Learn from every miss — each answer comes with a plain-English explanation, and paper folding shows the sheet opening up so the answer makes sense.
• A daily adventure — 12 fresh puzzles every day, free forever.
• Calm and safe — no ads, no third-party tracking, and nothing sold or shared. Your child's progress is saved privately to your own account.
• Progress you can see — a parents' area (behind a grown-up gate) shows strengths by battery and subtest, a Smart Level trend, and what to practise next.
• Know the test — a plain-English guide to all nine CogAT subtests, with a real example of each.
FREE AND PREMIUM
The daily adventure and a 400-question practice library are free. Logic Cubs Premium opens everything: the full 4,400+ question bank, 100 questions a day, full-length and mini mock tests for your child's grade, and a second child profile. Monthly, 6-month, and annual plans are available; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed or cancelled anytime in your App Store settings.
Logic Cubs is an independent study aid. CogAT is a registered trademark of Riverside Assessments, LLC; OLSAT and NNAT are registered trademarks of NCS Pearson, Inc. - Puzzle fixes now reach your device sooner, without waiting for an app update.
- 48 puzzles improved: clearer pictures and explanations, so each one has exactly one right answer.
- After answering, the scroll down to the explanation is smoother on iPad.
