Capture clear evidence
• Create a project for your villa, apartment or townhouse.
• Take defect photos or import them from your photo library.
• Draw directly on photos to highlight cracks, chips, leaks and other issues.
• Dictate notes with on-device speech transcription, then review and edit the text.
• Categorize each snag by trade, severity and room.
• Add an optional manual AED estimate.
• Pin defects to your floor plan for a visual record of the property.
• Where available, include location, capture time and a digital photo fingerprint that can help identify whether the photo file has changed.
Track each snag
Move defects through open, assigned, fixed and verified states. Filter the list, check progress and see what still needs attention by room and trade.
Create a bilingual report
Preview a watermarked Arabic–English PDF containing the first three snags at no charge. An AED 99.99 purchase unlocks repeated exports of the complete, watermark-free Arabic–English PDF for one selected local project on the current app installation. The unlock applies only to that project and is not a subscription or reusable for another project. There is no account or restore mechanism, so the unlock cannot be restored if you delete and reinstall Tasleem or move to another device.
Private by design
Tasleem requires no account and has no backend or cloud sync. Project details, photos, annotations, transcripts and evidence remain on your device. A report leaves your device only when you choose to share it. Tasleem does not include team collaboration or AI defect detection.
Tasleem reports are supporting documentation only. They are not legal certifications, certified inspection reports or RERA-approved documents.
