Attach dated memories to each person: what happened, a photo, a video, or a voice note. Photos are framed around faces automatically, so nobody ends up cut off. Each person becomes a timeline of what you actually lived together.
YOUR ARCHIVE BACKS ITSELF UP
After every change, your whole archive is quietly saved to your own iCloud Drive. Delete the app, switch phones, start over — Portre offers to bring everything back in one tap. You can also export the archive as a single file and import it again whenever you like.
THE SMALL THINGS THAT MAKE A PERSON
Add a birthday and their zodiac sign appears automatically. Turn on quiet reminders: birthdays, and a nudge when it has been too long since you talked to someone. Keep "their song" — find it in Apple's public music catalog and play the 30-second preview right here.
SHARE A MEMORY, KEEP THE REST
Turn any memory into a beautiful card — light, dark or warm, with their portrait — for the people you message. Or send it as a .portre file, so a friend who uses Portre can add it to their own archive. You choose what leaves your phone, memory by memory.
PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
No account, no sign-up, no analytics, no tracking, and no servers of ours. Your archive lives on your phone and is backed up only to your own iCloud, where nobody else can read it. The only thing Portre ever sends anywhere is the words you type into song search — and only while you are searching.
