Model BPMN processes, flowcharts and mind maps with Cubetto 7. Capture business processes, decisions and workshop results directly on iPad as visual, editable models. Start with the format that fits your task:
• BPMN for business processes: Show participants, tasks and handoffs, for example from receiving an order to approving it.
• Flowcharts for workflows and decisions: Make steps and decisions easy to follow, such as releasing a prototype or approving an order.
• Mind maps for ideas: Break topics into areas, collect workshop ideas and organize goals, methods and possible improvements.
Keep the structure, shape the view
Objects, properties and relationships form a structured model. Use the project structure and inspector to edit content and appearance. Automatic layout arranges diagrams from left to right or top to bottom. Start with a blank template or an example and develop your model further.
Model directly on iPad
Edit the canvas with touch, Apple Pencil, a keyboard, mouse or trackpad. Drag objects from the palette into your model. Organizational charts, responsibilities and process landscapes extend your process modeling. Additional supported notations include EPC, UML, Business Map, Generic and Architecture. Use Architecture to show how business processes, applications and technical infrastructure relate to each other.
Exchange models
• Export to PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG and Markdown
• Import BPMN XML and export supported BPMN models as BPMN XML
• Import supported legacy Cubetto XML/ZXML files
• Manage .cubetto documents through Files and compatible file providers
• Print multiple pages through the iPad system print dialog
Mac and iPad both edit .cubetto documents. Transfer a file between devices to continue working on it. Cubetto 7 is available for Mac and iPad with a single purchase using the same Apple Account. Requires iPadOS 26.4 or later and macOS 26.0 or later, respectively. The iPad app works as a standalone app.
Edit models as text, too
CubeText makes objects, relationships and properties editable as structured text and is also available on iPad. The AI assistant and MCP are additional features available exclusively in the Mac app.
