YouGoodAI is one app for the whole family: your child gets a safe AI chat, and you get guardian mode to keep it that way.
Your child chats with ChatGPT or Claude through YouGoodAI's safety rules. Every request and every answer is checked against your family's protections before it reaches your child.
FOR YOUR CHILD
- A clean, simple AI chat with a choice of ChatGPT or Claude
- Optional web search you turn on: current answers with sources shown as plain labels, checked against your family's rules like everything else
- Nine default protections, active from the first minute
- Calm, honest enforcement: when a rule applies, the AI simply says so in the conversation, in your name. "Sorry, Dad says I can't talk to you about that." No scary pop-ups, and your child always knows the rules come from you.
- Code answers are display-only. YouGoodAI never runs code.

Sign in with your own account and the same app becomes guardian mode:
- Approvals: review requests that need your OK, approve or deny with a comment
- Activity: safety events and broad topics, never transcripts
- Members: manage your family and set the name your kids see (Mom, Dad, Nana)
- Policies: toggle protections, adjust sensitivity, or write a rule in your own words
- Try your rules: send a test question through your real protections and see exactly what your child would see. Nothing is recorded.
- Teaching mode options: step-by-step code walkthroughs and homework tutoring that guides instead of doing the work
SET IT AND FORGET IT
You should not have to babysit the AI. Nine protections are on from the first minute, alerts come to you, and approvals take one tap. "What is my kid talking to AI about" is off your plate.
PRIVACY FIRST
We never store your family's conversations, and we never ask for your family's sensitive personal data. Nothing stored means nothing to leak. Our servers keep a safety-event label, never the message.
