Share an offer straight to TapPerk. Spotted an offer in your bank's app or on a website? Take a screenshot, tap Share, and pick TapPerk. It reads the offer and adds it to Review for you to confirm - no forwarding, no retyping. Works from Photos, the screenshot preview, Files, and any app's Share button. Stronger security: your sign-in is now stored in the iPhone Keychain, and signing out clears everything from your previous session - cards, offers, results, reminders and the widget - so the next person on the phone starts clean.

See where every offer came from before you confirm it. Offers waiting in Review now show who sent them, when, the email's subject and which card they're for - with a green seal when the sender is verified as your card issuer, and a heads-up when it isn't. Tap "Original wording" for the issuer's own terms, "View original" to read the full email or see the photo you scanned, or jump straight to the message in Gmail. Also fixed: special characters like em dashes and ® in synced Gmail offers no longer come through garbled.

Q4 bonus categories are in: Freedom Flex earns 7% on dining and 5% at grocery stores (not Walmart or Target) through December 31, and Discover it earns 5% at restaurants and on entertainment. Activate them with your issuer - TapPerk reminds you when a pick depends on it. When a purchase runs past a card's quarterly cap, the rest is now valued at that card's real everyday rate - so the split advice and the estimate match what you'll actually earn. Also: a fix so arrival alerts are measured correctly.

Your credits, before they expire. Premium cards come with monthly and quarterly statement credits - Uber Cash, dining, streaming, hotel credits - and most of them quietly go unused. The Cards tab now lists every credit on your cards with how much is left and when it resets, one tap to mark it used, and a reminder a week before the money disappears. Add your own for any card we don't know yet. Earned with TapPerk: a running total of what you've actually collected through the app - credits redeemed, offers used, welcome bonuses met. No estimates, only what was logged. Split it: when a purchase is bigger than a card's bonus cap, TapPerk now says how much to put on each card. "Hey Siri, which card in TapPerk?" - ask by store name, or just ask and it works out where you are, on your phone, as always. A home-screen widget with the best card for dining, groceries, gas and travel, plus the credits you still have to use. Also: banners now show while the app is open, and the app tells you if arrival alerts are switched off.

Reminders now reach you even when TapPerk is closed. Annual fee coming up? You'll hear about it 30 days out and again at 7 - in time to call for a retention offer or ask about a no-fee version, rather than after the charge lands. Falling behind on a welcome bonus? Same: a nudge while there's still time to do something about it. Until now those reminders only worked if you happened to open the app, which is exactly what you don't do in the weeks before a fee posts.

Welcome bonus tracking. Just opened a card with a "spend $4,000 in three months, get 100,000 points" offer? Add it to the card and TapPerk tracks your progress - how much is left, how many days, and what you need to spend per day to make it. It also factors into which card TapPerk suggests. While a bonus is unearned, a dollar spent toward it is usually worth far more than any bonus category, so TapPerk will steer you to that card and tell you why. Logging is one tap: after a recommendation, TapPerk already knows the card and the amount. Scanned receipts and issuer purchase alerts count automatically. You'll get a nudge if you fall behind the pace, and again three days before the window closes.

Forwarding offers by email is now the easiest way to feed TapPerk. Settings shows the exact sender address to put in your mail rule, tells you whether anything has actually arrived, and ticks off each of your card issuers as it sees them - so a rule that didn't take is obvious straight away instead of days later. You can also import an offer straight from Files now, including PDFs - handy for anything that arrived as an email attachment. Fixed: tapping Sync now could say "Not synced yet" while the sync was still running and about to succeed. It now waits, and says so. Tidier Settings, Review and Cards screens with less wasted space.

TapPerk now asks how it did. When you leave a store it alerted you about, a notification asks whether you used the card it suggested - one tap, or scan the receipt to log the spend at the same time. Answers make the recommendations better. Also: set your typical purchase amount in Settings. TapPerk uses it to estimate rewards, including for arrival alerts where there's no chance to ask. The amount field on the Which Card? screen is tucked away now and only appears when it would actually change which card wins.

Arrival alerts got a major upgrade. TapPerk now notices you've arrived within seconds - in time to pick the right card BEFORE you pay - and sends one alert per stop instead of one per store in the plaza. If your best offer still needs to be activated, the alert now tells you that too. Also in this release: - Recommendations account for your progress toward minimum-spend offers, so the card you're $70 short on stops losing to a flat 2% card. - Paying abroad: logged spend is converted to your home currency before it counts toward a minimum. - Amounts typed with a decimal comma (12,50) now work everywhere. - Pharmacies, hotels and parking are recognized as their proper store types.

When TapPerk doesn't recognise a store, it now says so instead of quietly ranking your cards on their standard rate. If the name is close to one we know, tap the suggestion to fix it in one go. Store recognition is also much better this release - thousands of grocery, dining, gas, drugstore, travel and streaming merchants now resolve on their own, including names with store numbers like "Safeway #1234". Fixed: the Retail option in the store-type picker had no effect.

Ask about any store — you don't have to be standing in it. Type a name, and if TapPerk doesn't recognise it, set the type of store so your cards' bonus categories still apply. Previously an unfamiliar store fell back to a flat rate, which could point you at the wrong card. Also: Gmail connection is available again now that our Google app is published. Google shows an “unverified app” notice while its security review finishes — that's expected, and forwarding offers by email works without it.

Sign in with Google — now alongside Sign in with Apple, so you can use whichever account you prefer. If you've already signed in with Apple, using Google with the same email lands on the same wallet. Also in this update: • A clear welcome screen on first launch covering how your data is handled, with the Privacy Policy and Terms one tap away. • Permission requests now wait until after you've read that — no more dialogs stacking on top of each other.

Forward offers by email: every account now has a private TapPerk address. Forward a card offer or purchase alert from any mail provider and it becomes a tracked offer — no account access needed. Also in this update: • New here? The app now walks you through adding your cards instead of coming up empty. • "Use my location" searches wider and knows many more kinds of places, so it finds stores even away from a busy block. • The TapPerk logo and name now sit at the top of the main screen. • Sign in with Apple is fixed — it failed to open on some devices. • A disconnected inbox now says so plainly instead of appearing healthy.
