Capture From Anywhere New: • The + button — Tap + on any screen to take photos, video or a note for the job you're at. • Quick capture — Hold the app icon and tap Capture, or use the Action Button on iPhone. • Speak a note — On the camera, tap Note, then the mic, and talk. • Captures you kept — Close the camera without sending, and the capture waits at the top of its job. • Your estimate on the job — One card follows it to the price. Add to it by voice, photos or a note. • Projects mode — For estimators and owners: your long jobs and the prices you owe come first. Improved: • Weak signal — Clock in, clock out and photos save on the phone and send when you're back online. • All in Spanish — On a Spanish phone, alerts, uploads and screen titles are in Spanish too.

• Request time off, track approval status, and cancel eligible requests from your profile. • See approved time off and company holidays on your schedule. • Review clearer Zen approval cards, see decision receipts, and stop a response. • Complete inspections with room checklists, photos, videos, and notes. • Get clearer guidance when an app update is required. • Bug fixes and reliability improvements.

Move Out Inspections & a Flexible Clock New: • Move Out inspection — On a turnover job, tap Move Out inspection on the work order, then Start inspection. Walk each room and mark every item OK, Recommended, Must fix or Tenant damage, with photos, clips and a comment on the item you are on. Your marks save on the phone as you go, so you can stop and come back with Resume inspection. If you lose signal, keep going: photos upload once you are back online. Review shows what is still open before you submit. • Clock in without a work order — For paid time that is not on a job, like a supply run, shop time or training, tap Clock in — General on Home. Pick what it is for, or choose Other and type it. You can still clock in to a job during it. • Clock out without completing — On a job, Clock out now sits next to Complete. Say where things stand, like Getting materials, and tap Clock out of job: you stay on the clock, the job stays open, and Home shows it with Resume. Or pick Clock out and end my day. • Timekeeping on or off — Profile has a Timekeeping switch. With it off, Home has no Clock in or On my way, and your timesheet and the location reminder are hidden. Clock out before you turn it off, and turn it back on anytime. If your company requires timekeeping, the switch is locked on. • Your company's dispatch line — Call Dispatch and Message dispatch now reach your own company's dispatch line when it has one. Otherwise they reach ZenHome dispatch, as before. On a day with nothing scheduled, Home shows whose line it is. • Home on a quiet day — When nothing is scheduled today, Home shows your next job with Open job and Navigate, then your open jobs with no date yet, and shortcuts to start a capture, call or message dispatch, and check this week. "No jobs yet" shows only when you have none. • Ask for access to a job — If you open a job you are not on, the app says "You're not on this job" instead of an error. Tap Request access and the coordinator is told who you are and which job. The job opens once they add you. • Face ID or fingerprint, set up at sign-in — After you sign in, the app asks once whether to open Zenlink with Face ID or your fingerprint. Tap Turn on to set it up right away. You still sign in with a text code after you sign out. To turn it off, go to Profile and switch off Biometric unlock. Improved: • Clock in to this job starts the job — On Home, Clock in to this job now starts your shift and the job timer in one tap. Before, it only started the shift. • Location works with the phone locked — Your location keeps reaching the office while the phone is locked in your pocket, so the customer's live map keeps moving. A shift you start with no signal starts tracking once it syncs, if location is already set to Always. • Walkthroughs are now captures — The app now calls walkthroughs captures. They work the same way, and New Capture no longer asks for a job title. • Location reminder is one line — The red location card on Home is now one amber line under Clock in, with Turn on or Settings. The job screen shows the same line under its clock. • Open job is a button — In Work, the Next up card's Open job is now a full button next to Navigate. • A clearer sign-in screen — Sign-in and sign-up show the Zenlink logo small inside the card, so the card sits higher on the screen. The country picker starts on +1: tap it to pick Mexico. Fixed: • The keyboard stays out of the way — The keyboard no longer covers the field you are typing in or the button under it, on Android too. That covers sign-in and the text code, Zen, notes, addresses and the Add item sheet. • Steadier sign-in — Signing in no longer flashes "Sign-in was cancelled" when it worked. • Clear network errors — When your jobs cannot load because you have lost signal, the app says it cannot reach the server instead of showing "Aborted". • Plus more fixes and improvements

Fixes and improvements: • Sign-in no longer briefly shows a "cancelled" message right after you've successfully signed in • Clearer, more helpful messages when your connection is slow or drops • Fixed the Messages tab sometimes showing no jobs when you actually had one assigned • Phone sign-in now starts on United States by default — tap to switch to Mexico

Walkthroughs: pinch or use the new +/- buttons to zoom while recording. Done moved to the top of the screen, away from the shutter button, so it's no longer easy to end a recording by mistake. The torch now starts off by default instead of on. Fixed photos + written notes captures that failed to submit without a voice narration. Work tab: your day now opens already scrolled to right now, instead of an empty morning.

Walkthroughs you submit now upload right away instead of waiting for the next app restart.

This update makes your day easier to follow: • See your whole shift laid out hour by hour • Know who's coordinating each job, with one tap to call • Visit history: see what you did yesterday, not just what's ahead • Tap any photo to view it full-screen • Check off tasks faster, with a quick undo if you tap the wrong one Plus reliability improvements to keep you signed in through the day and uploads running in the background.
