STRICT MODE
Confirm selection and finish time first. Ordinary in-app stops and changes are disabled. Emergency unlock has a 60-second wait; other overlapping blocks stay active.

PRIVACY
No account or analytics upload. Settings and progress stay on device. Screen Time permission is required. Website blocking depends on supported Apple selections.
