• Added a new "Light Check" feature — measure the brightness where a plant lives with your camera. It tells you whether the light is right for that plant, and also suggests other plants that would suit the same spot. • Redesigned the home screen widget around your plant photos, and added a large size. • You can now record a batch of overdue waterings at once from the "Next Watering" screen. • Added a Settings toggle to turn the characters' ambient chatter on or off.

• You can now mark a plant as watered directly from a Lock Screen notification. No need to open the app. • We’ve completely redesigned the widgets, with larger photos so you can see at a glance which plants need watering. • A new Large widget is now available, displaying up to 6 plants with large photos. • Use the “All” button in the widget to mark all displayed plants as watered at once. • In the “Next Watering” list, you can now mark multiple plants as watered at once by groups such as “Overdue” and “Today.”

• Redesigned the plant library with a two-column grid sorted by category, making it much easier to browse. Your "wishlist" plants now live right here too. • Add friends with a QR code. Show each other your collections wherever you meet. • Double-tap a friend's plant to send them a misting. • Export your shelf video as Feed (4:5) or Stories (9:16) to match where you're posting. • You can now add your own calendar events beyond just watering. • Log watering with a single tap right from the home screen widget. • Choose which plants your widget shows: due by today, due today only, or due tomorrow and later.

• The plant library has grown to 1,000 species. Carnivorous plants, ferns, epiphytes, succulents and mesembs, cacti, orchids and more are now much easier to find. • Care details now live on each plant's page. Ideal temperature and humidity, light, difficulty, origin and growing tips are always there to look back on. • Fixed the difficulty and light labels, which were showing in Japanese on non-Japanese devices.

• VoiceOver support. Your shelf now reads out each plant's name and when it needs water, and you can log watering or open a plant's details right from VoiceOver. • New Support section in Settings: get in touch, leave a review, or share the app. The contact form needs no sign-in at all. • Double-tap a plant on your shelf to log watering on the spot. If you haven't tried it yet, your shelf will let you know. • Updated the How to Use guide to match how the app really works, including pinch to zoom and drag to rearrange. • Fixed the version number shown in Settings.

• New: Memory Album. Look back on the plants you've said goodbye to, anytime. • Friends is now included in the free plan. Exchange friend IDs and connect right away. • You can now rename a friend after adding them. • All share image templates are now available on the free plan. • Refinements to the shelf display and improved translations throughout.
